Great location, right next to a tram / streetcar station and not too far from the metro. The hotel is well appointed, very neat and clean. The rooms look fresh, and all the fittings and upholstery look new. Everything in the room works well. The staff are very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast wasn't the best, and the pillows were not the most comfortable.

Comfy beds and beddings. Check-in/check-out process is seamless. I requested for a unit in the upper floors and they did not hesitate to provide it. Staff are polite and easy to talk to.
It's quite expensive for the location and the amenities they offer.
