The social engagement between the weekday staff (Ling especially) was wonderful.
The toilet/showers were on a separate floor which made it difficult at times since they were occupied multiple times after going up or down the stairs.

The staff made my stay really pleasant. The room was well-equipped, clean, and felt very new. The view was amazing — definitely one of the highlights of the trip

The staff was nice. Rooms are big with loads of space. Located close to very lively streets not crazy as Bui Vien. Loads of shops and places to eat full of locals.
The bathrooms are not enough and not in every floor.
