LAVANDINES You will love Vence, Medieval City in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, which has inspired many artists and writers. The proximity to the sea makes it a relaxing destination while being close to museums and beautiful seaside towns: Nice, Cannes, Monaco, etc ... At the entrance to Vence, "Les lavandines", a new Californian air-conditioned villa with a private heated pool, offers comfort to new standards. The large bay windows allow all the rooms in the villa to have a beautiful view of the swimming pool. It is ideally designed to enjoy a pleasant vacation. You will appreciate the modernity of this property surrounded by its landscaped garden, both mineral and Mediterranean: it is planted with olive trees, bay laurels, medlar, orange tree, jasmine, etc. Its living room which opens onto 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, is a real living space in front of the swimming pool. It has a central island allowing cooking and lunch for 8 people. Wifi, satellite TV with international channels, blue ray player. To fully enjoy your vacation, you have outside: a game of boules, a ping-pong table, a table football, a children's protique and a heated swimming pool with integrated beach. Ample parking allows you to park 3 cars. The environment is calm and residential, without however being isolated. The center of Vence is 4 kms and the sea 6 kms. Polygon, new generation shopping center, open air is 3 kms. Sheets and towels included. Cot and high chair available. Pets allowed after agreement. Nice-Côte d´Azur Airport 10kms away. Highway 6km.

Visited in October with my parents and children (10 & 11). Villa is lovely, well equipped and laid out. Local boulangerie excellent and supermarket on road into Vence. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, not far from airport and main routes if you want to tour about. Highly recommend.

Beautiful modern property. Great pool and outdoor furniture, private secure property in a good area within reach of Nice and Cagnes sur Mer. Very useful air con in every room. Lots of crockery, cutlery glassware etc. Excellent local boulangeries and supermarkets. Family from age 3 to70 all had a brilliant time.

We have a lovely week in this lovely villa. There was only myself, my husband and two children so we had lots of space but their is certainly enough for two families or a larger family too.
We had the best time relaxing by the pool, playing games and enjoying the space as well as exploring the South of France.
Communication was great and we were made to feel really welcome. Perfect holiday home.

Great stay! Lovely house, lovely location.
Mosquitoes were out in force but cannot be helped.
Would have been good to drop our bags off early when we landed as we had an early flight and had to wait til 4.
Great weather, fantastic local boulangerie, easy buses to nice and vence. We had a great week.

Excellent stay
Lovely spacious villa, well appointed, very clean. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. Very quiet location despite only being a few kilometres from Nice.
I would thoroughly recommend it.

We spent relaxing and quiet days in „Les Lavandines“. The house offers everything you need as a family or a group of people. The kitchen is very well equipped and has many appliances of high quality. Everything is clean and tidy; the living room has plenty of space and is also perfect on a rainy day - not even then bad mood might come up with the wide rage of TV programs and other gadgets. Not to mention the play options outside, which we daily made use of!
Each of the four bedrooms has its own toilet/shower, which is perfect for a family with teenagers! We all slept like logs in the cosy beds!
The locatation is quiet and sunny and allows you to reach the beach in a short time or take a detour in the surrounding villages or in the mountains. In a few minutes you also can reach shopping areas, either for food or other needs.
Even in October the pool was clean and pleasant in temperature. The owner dropped by to clean it once a week.
Mrs. and Mr. Maufre are very friendly and helpful, well available and spare no effort to get a problem resolved (if there is one…).
To sum up our stay in „Les Lavandines“, we were lucky to have chosen this house as it measured up to our expectations one gets due to the pictures and description of the „homepage“. We would highly recommend it!

Paradise close to the Mediterranean and the mountains!
We spent a wonderful week at the "Lavandines". The villa is the perfect place to wind down from the hustle and bustle of Nice and Cannes. Ideally located both to escape from the heat of the coast as well as to explore the many kilometers of hiking trails in the mountains around Vence, "Lavandines" is a real sanctuary ;-) The house is ingeniously laid out with 4 independent rooms all boasting their own ensuite. What a relief if you're travelling with teenagers! The common kitchen/living area is very spacious, the kitchen meets very high standards and the washing machine/tumble dryer is very convenient to use. Our boys loved the TV with international channels as well as the Netflix access...
The pool was meticuously clean when we got to the "Lavandines" and the water was nice and warm - even in October. We used to relax at the pool in the comfy deck chairs and played pétanque, table tennis and foosball - the ongoing family challenge throughout the whole stay ;-)
"Lavandines" is in a very quiet neighborhood. Combined with the gread bedding this made us sleep like babies.
Maryse and her husband are very dedicated hosts, were very easy to communicate with and are always going the extra mile for their guests.

Gute Lage
Für 8 Personen ein super tolles modernes Haus, neue qualitativ hochwertige Küchengeräte. Gut ausgestattete Küche Zimmer ok, manche Badezimmer klein aber die sind auf den Bildern auch so fotografiert worden sehr ruhige Lage. Einfach traumhaft zum Entspannen und guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Destinationen.

maison de vacances fonctionnelle
la propriété est une maison de vacances très fonctionnelle. Un grand séjour. Les chambres sont un peu petites.
des attentions particulières avec du café, des filtres d'avance par ex.
point positif également : chaise haute, lit bébé disponibles. tout le linge de maison est fourni et les lits sont faits à l'arrivée.
un bémol sur la piscine qui n'était pas propre. du sable au fond et l'eau était trouble n'incitant pas à la baignade surtout avec un bébé.

Beautiful villa in great location
This villa had everything for a really amazing holiday. It is very modern and clean and equipped with everything you might need. Each of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable with added bonus of each having it's own ensuite. The open plan living room and kitchen was spacious and bright with direct access to the outside patio and swimming pool.
The pool was perfect for families with young children as there is no deep end. It also has a great choice of chairs and comfortable sun loungers surrounding it for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and shade depending on preference. The ping pong, foosball and petanque also provided a lot of fun entertainment.
Not only is the house really pretty but it is also in a wonderful location being so near Nice, the coast and some really beautiful towns both inland and on the sea (all within a 30 minute drive). Vence which is the nearest town (5 minute drive) is very beautiful and has lots of good restaurants.
Thank you to our hosts - we miss it there and hope to be back some day again!!

Séjour vacances de la Toussaint
Nous avons été remarquablement accueillis dans la villa Les Lavandines. De style californien, la propriété offre tout le confort moderne pour un séjour très agréable. La balançoire pour les enfants, la table de ping-pong, le baby-foot, la piste de pétanque ont fait des heureux ... tout comme la piscine chauffée en ce mois d’Octobre. Nous ne saurions que la recommander pour un séjour reposant

Séjour convenable
Maison agréable, au calme avec une grande piscine.
Une attention un peu plus grande pourrait être apportée à la propreté de certains éléments / grille du barbecue, joints de douche à rénover, rideaux de douche trop légers à changer.
Quelques relents désagréables de fosse septique à corriger également.
En résumé maison agréable si son entretien était effectué de façon plus régulière et approfondie.

Da passt alles
Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in der Villa. Das Wetter war super, der professionelle Pool war toll! Selbst 2 Abende mit Gewitterschauern konnten wir uns mit Netflix vertreiben.
Die Lage ist schön ruhig, trotzdem alles Nötige mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, die Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Es gibt viel zu sehen, die Gegend ist toll und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferientage in Vence
Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Villa hat etwas kleine Zimmer dafür aber riesige Aufenthaltsräume, Küche und einen super tollen Aussenbereich. So kann man seinen Urlaub geniessen.

Fantastisk feriehus!
Vi har nettopp hatt en fantastisk uke i Villa des Lavandines. Deilige solsenger, herlig basseng, godt utstyrt og super aircon. Rent og pent og perfekt for oss. Populær ismaskin. Bakeri rett rundt hjørnet sørget for ferske bakevarer hver morgen og et stort hypermarché 3 min med bil unna dekket alle behov. Anbefales!

Rooms are really comfortable and very well equipped, loved the ice machine. Lots of glasses, cups, plates cutlery etc more than you need, a lot of thought has gone into its equipping. Netflicks kept the kids happy at night. The area around Vence is stunning with supermarket and garage nearby and lots of lovely cafes restaurants bars and bakery’s

Magnifique villa bien située pour des visites sur la côte d’azur
Avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cette maison. Confort maximum avec ces 4 chambres indépendantes. Beau séjour, cuisine super bien équipée et magnifique terrasse à côté d’une chouette piscine. La région est également magnifique. Espérons y retourner une autre fois.

La villa est toute neuve, construite dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.
La piscine est chauffée et un immense store électrique permet de recouvrir toute la terrasse !
Les 4 chambres sont équipées d'une sdb avec wc.
Le centre historique est à 2km avec toutes ses ruelles, boutiques, resto, ... c'est magnifique.
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Superbe villa contemporaine. Tout est tel que présenté sur les photos. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Quartier paisible. Très fonctionnel pour vacances en famille/groupe. Divertissements pour les petits et grands enfants avec la table de ping pong, le babyfoot, la pétanque, etc. Les hôtes sont attentionnés et disponibles pour nos questions tout en respectant notre intimité durant le séjour. Louez sans hésitation.
