The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and warm.
It was fresh and spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated with a hint to its industrial and arts history. Excellent selection of complimentary toiletries. The bed was super comfy. The hotel feels like it is loved and care for throughout x

A very funky old building, very nice place to be
There did seem to be a bar with music just below our room which did make quite a bit of noise

Great decor and vibe
There wasn’t any staff around when pulling into valet and then walking inside to check in. It felt like the twilight zone. Standing around waiting for staff to arrive. Additionally all the doors on our floor CREAKED when opening and closing. Very disruptive when trying to sleep, and could be solved with a single staff member and some quick spritzes of wd-40. The whole stay felt like this. The level of quality the hotel was selling was not what the staff seemed capable of delivering.
