The hotel was really nice! Great location down town. I love how you had to have a key to get in the front door so that made me feel safe!

The room was excellent. The staff was very professional. The room was clean and spacious. We could control the room temperature to our satisfaction. The location was not as close as we would have liked to Beale St., etc but everything was still within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Checking in and out was very easy. Booking the room in advance through Booking.com meant one less thing to worry about.
The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. Nothing was made to order, which made it easier to decide to go to a restaurant for breakfast.

I love the esthetics and the location of the hotel.
I don't like that valet parking is the only ideal option due to the free parking requiring you to park farther away from the property.
