Jacuzzi was not able to be used

Received code and it worked. House was great. It had no hot water. We would have loved the stay if they had fixed the hot water heater or at least been compassionate.

We called and were told they would call in the morning and send someone to fix. They never called. We called again and were told we would have no hot water. When I said the $40.00 a day they were crediting was insufficient, I was told we could take cold showers without any compassion.

No other cabin’s beside it

The drive way needs to be a little bigger for two vehicles.

The home was very nice and location was not too far away from town

The beds were very uncomfortable. When arrived the code was correct but deadbolt was locked. Had to wait 40 mins to get into home. The hottub was not clean. Found hair in the hottub. The dryer didn't work correctly and had to take clothes to laundry mat to dry them. Satellite TV constantly freezing up so I would have to keep rebooting it. Finally I just shut it off. Internet was non existent. May as well not have internet.

Once inside the house, it was fine. We couldn’t get Direct TV to work but used Netflix instead.

We didn’t like the road getting to the cabin. Very steep, very winding to the point you couldn’t see where the road went it was so steep and so sharp. Very narrow too. Make sure you get there before dark and even then it’s challenging!

We loved everything! Very relaxing, not too close to the neighbors, and the view was nice. Slept 6 people easy. There were all the amenities needed, and there's a grocery store 3 min away to get the rest. There were games, wifi, direct TV with movie channels, vhs, dvds, every bedroom had a tv, and everything was clean. The best part was our little fur baby was welcome. 10/10 would recommend!

I didn't like that the number of the resident isn't on the cabin. Q

Hot tub was very nice. Comfortable and clean place.

It was very difficult to identify the property. There is no house number on the road and you have to drive/walk down a long driveway in order to actually see a house number. BETTER SIGNS! No guide book at the home to help identify how to work the tv/cable, fireplace, etc. ROAD NOISE The highway is at the base of the mountain and quite loud. Semi-trucks use their jake brakes going down the road and it gets a little annoying. I wasn't told about the alarm and wasn't given the code to disarm it. Cops were dispatched. It got fixed but was a pain.
