PARTIES OR EVENTS NOT ALLOWED - The house is equipped with noise detectors This wonderful and extremely private, 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths home with custom heated swimming pool and spa is situated just 13 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean in the Pompano Beach neighborhood near Coral Springs and Coconut Creek. The property offers 2250 sq. ft. under air (central A/C) and 3800 totally fenced backyard with the entire rear portion of the home overlooking the custom heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and palms trees. Enjoy the many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry-room, three - car private driveway, Wi-Fi, free local phone calls, and beach equipment provided. The living room is quite spacious and offers two leather sofas, a futon sleeper, two coffee tables and 65” LED smart television. There is also a small area, next to the double French door overlooking the backyard, furnished with a contemporary sofa, a mirror, and three bar-stools. The master suite has a king size bed, the master bath was just renovated, it has a shower, double sink vanity and a closet. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and all have LED smart TVs, all with Sling TV, bring your stick. Gorgeous furnishings throughout the house including a high rectangular dining room table that seats eight comfortably. All new updated lighting and porcelain tile throughout with marble appointments in the dining area and second bath. The totally fenced backyard has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi for 6, built-in and gas grill BBQs, plenty of palms and the house is PET FRIENDLY!!!! Extremely quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Your pets are very welcome here! Year round we are just minutes away from best beaches, all water-sports, casinos and major shopping. Important Information: The swimming pool contains on average 30,000 gallons of water and heating the pool is NOT instantaneous. Electric heater will generally raise the water temperature around 8 - 10 degrees per day and there will be some cooling off overnight when the air temperature drops. Let us know in advance if you want the pool to be heated.

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Did I mention there’s a Starbucks right down the street 😀

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience. Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining their space, and it showed in every detail. The interiors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful and modern. The entire property exuded a sense of freshness and comfort. However, it was the pool area that stole the show. The resort-style pool was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers, it truly felt like a private oasis. The pool was not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally well-maintained. Crystal clear waters beckoned for a refreshing swim, and the poolside was immaculately clean. It was clear that the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that guests could enjoy this aquatic paradise to the fullest. One of the highlights of my stay was the tranquil ambiance. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. I spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails, and soaking up the sun. My family and I had a great time here during Spring Break. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was beautiful and decorated very nicely. Best part was the backyard, it felt like a resort!

We loved this property! The backyard and pool and spa were wonderful. We had an awesome week in a beautiful house with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions. Our six adults and one dog had plenty of room. Would recommend this house for a week of relaxation.

This home exceeds its advertising. The host is super attentive. Communication is easy and excellent. This home and property were very clean. The home is roomier than we expected. This home is totally equipped with everything you need to live daily life in and to vacation from. By far the best equipped home we've ever stayed at. Landscaping is awesome and at a 5 star resort quality. The home is totally ammenitized and newly remodeled. The cascading waterfall is relaxing to hear as you work or relax in the home or by the pool. The rear patio is fully furnished with a large table for dining, a sofa and love seat area and a chase lounge area for sunning. Awnings provide extra shade for the table and sofa area. The sunsets seen through the rear yard palm trees are awesome. This home and our experience with the house and the host was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and it was close to everything you'd need. It was a quick drive to the beach. The highlight of the house is the pool, it was larger then expected. It was however very slippery by the back door. The kids fell a couple times and my wife fell hard the first night. The door mat at the backdoor just holds water so even if your feet are dry they won't be when you step inside. Outside of that we had a great time staying there. The pictures do not due the house justice. It looks even better in person.

The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! The patio was spacious and a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine. The one criticism was that there were not enough lounge chairs outdoor when our children came to visit and was also not the most comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was great for walking/jogging. The house itself was the perfect size. The property management team was always very responsive if something came up. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our stay was enjoyable overall and worked great for our group. The backyard was just beautiful!! We wished for a few less trees to have more time with sun but enjoyed every bright moment back there! The shape of the pool and landing area were perfect! We did struggle getting the hot tub and pool warm but got the problem fixed after a few days. One of the bedroom tv's occasionaly gave sound but no picture until you turned off and back on. One of the showers also never got hot enough to shower in for us. None of our issues wrecked our stay and we had a great time. The owners were very responsive!!

Property had a great pool snd spa as well as a private well laid out backyard. Only Down side to the property was that the water in both showers was warm at best. The guest shower was not even warm enough to be usable My wife washed her hair in the kitchen sink as it got hot due to it being close to the heat source. Overall it was a great visit to a warm climate.

Listing accurately reflects the home. It was immaculate. House is located in a modest neighborhood that is very quiet. Owner was very responsive. The best part was the heated pool and spa … truly a perfect paradise very private in your own backyard! It was great to have our fur babies with us…The owners obviously love dogs and house and yard are perfect for your furry friends.

The owner awas excellent woth communication. The house was wonderful. Super clean, well appointed. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, I'm super sensitive to noise, so the average person I'm sure would find it extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly.

The property was very nice, private and secluded. The pool was awesome and clean. The Argentine style grill came as a pleasant surprise, was a bit messy when we got there, but I am a grill man and got it all cleaned up, seasoned and working fantastic.

The house was a perfect getaway for our family. The owners did such a great job accommodating all of our needs. The one issue we had was with a lot of mosquitoes outside by the pool but of course the owners could do but so much about that! Aside from this, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and all of the amenities they provided added to our visit (beach gear, lawn chairs, etc.) Also, the pool and hot tub was well maintained. This feature was a true delight and the owners taught us how to operate the pool.

I have stayed at various properties in the past but this one amazed with how immaculate, clean, well maintained it was with every detail thought out to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything we needed. In fact, I have never seen this level of organization and thoughtfulness before. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was our own private resort. The owners are extremely thoughtful, professional, responsive and are a pleasure to deal with. Others have lots to learn from them. Thank you for amazing 7 weeks. We will be back!
