Not so clean, essential.

Spacious accomodation.

Poor cleanliness and no kind of food for breakfast. We could have appreciate a bottle of water too.

Pleasant

Clean, spacious and with everything: kitchen stuff for cooking, sheets, towels etc Pretty quiet at night.

I liked everything but it is more of a service flat rather than holiday accommodation. So great if you are just going to sleep there but it's not for chilling out in.

It wasn't the most pleasant stay for us, but when you don't care about the location it's fine. .

It was very spacious and very clean.

The location was not the best: in the front a busy road, in the back the parking lot of a supermarket. Luckily there is double glazing, which kept most of the noise out, but it meant having to sleep with the windows closed. - It is literally 200mtr away from the electricity plant, which, when you are sensitive, isn't the best place to stay. - There were like 10 different WiFi routers available, but non was for the apartment, as there's no WiFi available at this property....

awful fraud, stay away

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of services provided at the apartment. 1. The landlady didn’t provide a pick-up point for the key, but instead explained that someone with a key will meet us. According to the landlady the time for checking-in is 15:00. We notified that we will come from 15:00 till 16:00. At 15:00 we were at the entrance to the property, but there was nobody to give us the keys. We tried to call intercom to the apartment, but nobody answered. Then we called the provided phone number +39-39-2506-6265. The landlady picked up the phone and told us that she is currently at another property. We had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive. So, it proves that nobody was expecting us. 2. The advertisement stated that the distance from the apartment to the sea is only 350 metres. However, in reality it was much longer. It turns out that the there is no straight way to the seaside and we have to bypass train repair factory, so we had to walk 1-1.5 km. 3. No hot water in the apartment, including shower. 4. No parking, we were told to look for a free space on the street. 5. The advertisement states that the property is 90 square metres. However, when we entered the apartment the landlady told us that two out of three rooms are unavailable, they are closed shut and we can’t use them. So, out of 90 sq m apartment we could only use around 45 sq m. 6. No internet access. 7. The landlady forced us to leave the property at 8:00. However, the official check-out time is 10:00.
