Beautiful place, needs improvement on hospitality

Noise, noise, noise and more noise. There was a dog barking half of the night, the linen was so dirty and disgusting. The next door neighbours kept on banging doors early hours of the morning, the restaurant was even worse with people talking louder than the music.

I believe that “mistakes”do happen…

Clear instructions were given on how to access the property & a phone call away host.

The apartment was not prepared on arrival even though we checked after 16:00pm. The cleaner had to be called .

My stay was perfect but it was too hot the rooms did not have Aircorn only fan and I can’t use a fan😌😌

Outdoor experience with friends

Lagoon and the room had a great view for the pool.

The entrance at the security is complicated, suppose to be told early about the link before you can get at the gate for scanning. I didn't like that you can only use the lagoon on the day for check in and not on the day for check out, so if you had book for 1 day there's no much fun

I like the place's location.

The lounge is smell bad, it's not spotless in the house. It is an irrigation load shedding.

My stay was superb and memorable except for the poor WiFi and heater.

The location and environment was superb 👌

The wifi was very poor, also something better need be done to improve the heater because of the cold weather.I also had light issues but was rectified next day immediately the owner was called.

I liked the space and cleanliness

I didn't like the staff they talk to you only when you talk to them. The loadshedding is the country's problem but if you say you don't have load shedding let it be just like that. Apartment 1507 was out of electricity for almost 4 hrs on Saturday 17th till I decided to contact the hos t.

The view and comfort of the beds

The security guards were rude ,the kitchen was not too clean the pots were old and dirty,the restaurant service was terrible they just need to get their game up.We almost drowned due to the life guards being ignorant lost my contact glasses no one cared life guards were rude

The room s has everything The Beach yes worth the value to be explored, Everything there will make you wana move in stay forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️ when i get my millions will go n stay for month 😃😃😃

My family was very happy and excited and that makes me sooo happy. They want to come again .

The room, swimming pool, small boats, beach and the vew from my room. Everything was perfect 👌 for me.

The fact that we don't have to make noise after certain time, I had to pay 1000 for the booking of hotel venue as we had gala dinner. I was disappointed that, As we booked there it was not necessary for us to pay for the venue, for the people outside who wants to book it is fine for them to pay but not for the people who pay for the accommodation. I payed a lot of money for accommodation I was not expecting to pay again for the venue of the hotel cos I also going to pay for the food. If there was an alternative nearby I would do but I have no choice to take that venue because the blade is far from everything.

Every details was thought through and the owner really put thought for an escape one needs away from home.

The fact that it seemed the initial host’s place was double booked did give me a bit of uneasiness however I also appreciated their urgent to the issue. Overall perfect stay
