It was a mixed experience of poor services and mis behaviour of staff

Location and rooms are good but Cleaning,maintainance is not good.Shampoo/body gel not available in washroom.staff behaviour is very rough.

The hotel advertises Hotel Transfer, we booked and yet no one was there to pick us up. We had to get a Taxi from the Airport.

Realize that you are working FOR People and should provide a service

the hotel is located near the airport and it is logical that it is used for rest between flights..That's what we thought! But this is India… We arrived at night, but they just didn't check us into the hotel. The hotel employee scratched his head for a long time and leafed through his "barn" book, looked at our booking at the booking ... time passed, I wanted to sleep. After 30 minutes, he said that he could not check in (despite the reservation and available rooms).. service zero. Be careful!

The rooms were not clean. It seems they were not prepared prior to our stay. The toilets looked liked they were used. The linen was dirty.

Very nice room with lovely wall decorations and graphics and beautiful frames of natural sceneries and the stay was very comfortable overall.

Everything was nice but it would be satisfactory if there was initial tea amenity like tea bags sugar, milk powder and coffee etc. available in the room along with the heating jug, the only thing I found missing and the water bottles should have been complementary with the room price. Otherwise it was a pleasant staying overall. Thank you.

Worst experience ever - not a star hotel by miles

Comfy bed. Nothing else. Everything was awful - from cleanliness to hospitality.

No housekeeping No restaurant No daily essentials Just awful in every aspect

Location for purpose was good, staff friendly - room not clean, neither was bedsheets

Booked 3 rooms - Location for purpose was good, cleanliness of reception good, staff friendly, value for money on room stay.

With the current recovery of the covid situation you would expect fresh bedsheets, horrified to discover hair from previous occupant on sheets and on the pillow, it looked like the room had not been cleaned throughly.

a decent priced stay, but for a little more there are better options

the property management team were very responsive. the rooms were a decent size.

the hot water had to be turned on in reception which meant that the shower was cold. there was construction going on during the day so you couldn’t rest in the day time. we found it hard to get a rickshaw at the hotel due to its location,

Very medium class hotel

Staff was good and helpful but there is no way this property can be rated 4 star. It’s wrongly classified.

Bedsheets were dirty. Basic things like fridge , electric kettle was missing. Breakfast was only one item “Poha”.
