When I got there before check-in time, I called to see if I could drop off my bag. The very nice woman told me that my room was ready. She walked me to my room (actually a small apartment) and explained everything to me. It was quiet, clean, and well equipped.

The size of the unit. The A/C, clothes washer, and balcony.
This place has a lot of potential to provide a super customer service experience. However, my stay was below expectations. The unit had Wi-Fi, but it only worked outside and in the bedroom. I was informed additional antennas needed to be put up which did not help me during my stay. There was no hand/body soap in the shower (had a dispenser but it was empty), on the bathroom sink, or in the kitchen. It had a clothes washer but no detergent and there are no supermarkets nearby. Also, no clothes rack to dry things. I was given a physically challenged room which means there was no glass or curtain to stop the shower water from going all over the room (maybe I reserved a physically challenged room, but I do not recall doing that). Providing the details like hand/body soap, laundry detergent, dish washing soap (there is a kitchen), paper towels, clothes drying rack, etc. would really make this a great place to stay! Similar accommodations that I have stayed in do have all of these basic amenities. And the TV screen was cracked. Hopefully, the owner will focus on the basics in the future and the customer experience will improve.
