Everything is there, all you need is your toothbrush. Roku and Hulu on the TV and wi-fi. This condo is one of three upstairs. Main floor has a large condo over 2,500 square feet that has 19 beds (10 queens). So if you have a larger group that needs additional space this building can accommodate. This was not the first time at this property. I have stayed there numerous times in the last several years because it is a very nice condo, it is very clean, and the host is easy to reach and communicate with. Absolutely lovely property!

Dale met us and showed us the unit and gave us suggestions on restaurants and activities. It was a perfect place for us ! Within walking distance of many restaurants and the farmers market we went to on Friday morning. Thanks Dale!

Enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion for the smaller room is that the bedside light is far too tall for a female to turn it out or on without getting out of bed. Noticed that there is a table lamp in the living room, and that might be better suited for the bedroom. Also, in that same room, the bed could be more comfortable. All in all enjoyed the host very much and the facility, good food close by.

Great 2 bd and 1 ba condo directly across 93 and the lake. Has a private dock. Great kitchen with everything you need, fully furnished. Washer and dryer in unit. Very convenient to all the lake and surrounding amenities. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay for our project Managers. They are away from home weeks at a time. If they need to be away from home I like to give them a nice place to stay. We needed a spot in Polson to stay for a wedding over Labor Day Weekend and wanted a little more space than a hotel room for the two of us and our 2 teen boys. This spot is a gem. First of all, Dale met us at 1:30am when we arrived (our flight landed in Missoula at 11:55pm) - this was above and beyond but it might have been a little difficult to find the carport late at night so it was much appreciated! He let us in and showed us around. The property is so nice and has everything you will need! We did a little shopping to be able to make breakfast at the condo for the days we were there which was nice - there's a great store just down the road which Dale recommended. The view from the patio is truly spectacular. When we locked ourselves out the second night (DOH! - left our key at the wedding venue after the rehearsal dinner) Dale graciously met us and let us back in which saved us a trip back to the other side of bay. This trip made us want to come back and when we do we already know where we will stay!

This property exceeded my expectations. Huge lake front windows, updated kitchen and accessories, and bed rooms were tucked away from highway. Located in the middle of town, it was an easy walk to down and water access. Dale was friendly and responsive. Well done!

Had a great experience all around - owner was very responsive from start of booking process on thru our stay. Apartment was new and open and somehow even nicer than portrayed in photos! Owner left a very helpful binder of area attractions and condo information, We walked everywhere - the shoreline park, the tourist boat launch, several restaurants, charming downtown...hope to stay there again! This place is in a great location and was well equipped. The owner was very hospitable. The place was clean and a comodated three men well. My only suggestions were that the AC set up needs to be improved. The exhaust pipe in the living room window is not installed properly. Also, the rug is curled on the corners and presents a trip hazard.
