The cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner/staff. Also, the location was ideal for a 15 - 20 minute walk to amenities such as: the train station, malls, the cinema, supermarkets, the laundromat and of course cafes. Above all, property is as was advertised and that along merits a 5-star rating.
The only issues would be that the beds were sort of small (but then again I am 250 lbs at 6 feet 2 inches 😁), and that the washer/dryer combo takes way too long to dry clothes - nonetheless, a laundromat can be found with 10 - 15 minute walking distance.

Lovely lounge area. Kitchen had everything you needed.
Sadly lift wasn’t working up to property. Understand that can’t be helped by the booking team. Shower in main bedroom leaked on to bathroom floor.

it is a nice flat in an interesting area. The flat was great for a family stay, with three bedrooms and a pleasant sitting area. The photographs were a good representation of the flat.
The hosts have enlisted a third party company [Swikly] to manage damage breakages and take a substantial 'holding deposit'. To use the booking you have submit your banking details and place a large [EU1000] deposit and take many photographs - at the commencement and end of the stay. This wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. It was both unwelcome and unexpected. I found the uploading of multiple photographs to be burdensome. The onus to prove no damage is placed on the guest.
