First the host never responded when I reached out about earliy check-in, Thanks to the VRBO rep, The stove did not work, the fridge stopped working and we ran out of toilet paper, and there were no face towels, yes the beach view was great that’s the only good thing came out of this house stay

The floor was lifting up, planks were coming unattached. The floor was spongy in spots. Great to be right at the beach though.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. It was nice and quiet and close to the beach. House was super cute and clean and we really enjoyed ourselves.

This was the perfect location for my little family of three. My son and I walked the short distance to the beach several times a day. The beach itself was so quiet and serene. It was nowhere near busy during our Tuesday through Friday stay. The water was rough out farther, but had a long enough range of still waters for small children to enjoy. This made it amazing! The house had most everything we needed. Bathrooms located in each bedroom was great for privacy. The décor was perfect for the little beach cottage. There were boogie boards and sand toys below deck, so no need to run out and purchase them. As I said, this was the perfect place for us to stay, and we would recommend it to everyone!
We were extremely happy with our stay despite the items for improvement I list below.
The king size bed has a thick foam pad on top which made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably in any position except on my back. I just absorbed right into the pad like a cloud. This made it difficult to get out of said cloud.
Yes, the sub-floor needs some work. There were areas that really dipped in when walked on. These were in high traffic areas. That being said, I understand rotting wood is definitely a problem with the sea air.

This little house was perfect for my family. Soooo close to the beach, just amazing. Our refrigerator wasnt cooling and they had a new one delivered the next day. We will stay here again and again.

House is updated from the listing photos in a positive manner. The floor definitely needs some attention. The carport is unusable with rain, there should be a way to pump the water out. Heavy rains had us nearly trapped as water comes up past the stairs. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

The property was in a great location and the house was ok but the floors were not put together well. There were places the floor just separated and you felt like you could fall through. Overall it was a good time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was nice and has been repainted blue. There were very few negative things I can think of. One is the lawn crew waking me up at 7am on Tuesday morning. It might be better to schedule this later, or when there are no guests in the house. Also, the AC seems to have a little trouble providing adequate ventilation to the bedrooms in back.

The location is great, steps to the beach. Fits 4 guests comfortably. The photos should be changed, advertised are old. Different furniture, set up, even home is a different color. We were looking forward to the hangout below, it is not the same as photos shown, a charcoal grill and some loungers that were not usable were there.

Great place for a family getaway. We had very minor issues. It was clean when we arrived, beach was accessible, and almost everything we needed was there when we got there. I’d say a family of 4 is comfortable, it would be a little small for a larger party.
Highly recommended, we would stay there again.

Our first day there it rained all day, but it didn't matter we still had a great time hanging out, reading, and playing board games. It's a quick walk to the beach. several places to pick up food are nearby. neighbors were friendly. we loved it!

This house is perfect for our family. The beach is a quick walk away. The owner were always quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and while we were there they stayed in communication with us about questions and weather issues. We will most definitely return to this house again.

The property ideally met our needs because it had two nice sized en-suite bedrooms, lots of seating in living room, kitchen seating for 8 ( if needed), close to both the beach and local restaurants and a small fenced grassy area for our dog. Also it provided plenty of cooking apparatus. We stayed in good contact with the owner. He notified us of repairs to be made before we checked in, and he arranged for a repairman the day after our arrival. Due to Covid 19, we felt it best to leave the property while workmen were there. One of the repairs included a drawer that had the facing come off. On our last day, a different drawer experienced the same problem. I let the owner know that a repairman would need to return. The house is very well laid out and is comfortable but it needs some sprucing up (cabinetry and faucet in kitchen for example). But all in all, I would rent the property again because it was a perfect beach location for a family with a dog!

We loved our stay at Sea Esta! It was so convenient to have a rental house right on the beach with easy access over a small bridge. We also loved having an outdoor shower to clean off after the beach and a dryer to dry our swimwear for the next day! The outdoor patio is perfect for grilling and enjoying family time at night!

Fun beach house right on the water!
We loved our stay at Sea Esta! It was so convenient to have a rental house right on the beach with easy access over a small bridge. We also loved having an outdoor shower to clean off after the beach and a dryer to dry our swimwear for the next day! The outdoor patio is perfect for grilling and enjoying family time at night!
