Place was dirty. Lights flickered. Black mold in bathrooms. Said there would be paper towels and there wasn’t. Golf cart was slow and didn’t steer well. Luckily they replaced it for us.

We had a wonderful time staying for my birthday. We were there for 4 days 3 nights with 6 adults and there was plenty of room to go around! We especially appreciated the beautiful kitchen with the essentials as we made large breakfasts each day at the rental. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and very very timely to get something fixed for you if you need it. All in all a great place to stay!

Our stay was okay. The place is advertised as “very clean,” but I wouldn’t say that. There were a ton of bugs inside, and our feet were black every day from walking on the dirty floor. We arranged for sheets and towels to be there since they’re not usually provided, but they weren’t there when I got there. When I called the answering service was nice, but the man who gave the towels had a terrible attitude. He didn’t even bring the towels so we had to call again, and both times he just threw the sheets and towels inside and left. So I had to be the ones to make all 6 beds, which is kind of ridiculous when I paid $100 for sheets. The location was convenient and we did love the pool. Overall the property got the job done and we had a good weekend, but there are definitely some improvements to be made when it comes to cleanliness and the sheets service

So our cabin was directly aftoss the street from the pool with a huge porch and grill, two tables and plenty of seating. Super spacious inside, planets of couches to relax on and a large island perfect for meals and socializing. There were 6 of his so we all got our own bed and the space was clean and updated.

The club is very easy to find. Very quiet in early October. The cabin was clean, spacious. We paid for linens and they were clean and soft. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was clean and comfortable. We had no interactions with the staff. Keyless entry was a breeze.

Stayed here with 7 girls. Great open area for entertaining. A few more hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been great! In the master there is an open area that another mirror could go or counter with a mirror. Would make is more convenient for multiple girls to get ready in at the same time. The staff is absolutely wonderful here! Will definitely return!!

The house was great as for location in reference to getting to attractions, paper supplies provided, and other items that were provided. We had a great time. A disappointment was the items that were wrong with the building. I understand that unless a renter informs you, you are unaware of it. But someone comes to clean and should notice it. I called to let you know of a # of items wrong with the building. Just saying. It was a great vacation to the area.

We needed a weekend away and had a great time. We met people at the pool and evening hung out w them in the evening time. Our cabin was not arranged like the plan showed. Our bedroom was shown at one end of house w the other two at opposite end but they were all 3 together. It was clean but in need of a few repairs (a big patch on the wall from a previous hole) But overall we had a great time and would stay again.

This was our 2nd stay in this rental property as we loved the location across from the pool and being able to sit on the wrap around deck and people watch when we weren't downtown, enjoying Key West of the North - which definitely lives up to its name!!! Every morning on our fun golf cart ride downtown, we'd stop at Joe's for their delicious Bloody Mary's and sit in their unique wooden chairs. All of downtown is great but our favorites were Margarita on the Rocks, The Boardwalk and Mojito Bay - especially the swings at the bar and their Tropical Surprise Mojito (yummy!!!)
Property Mgmt. staff was absolutely fantastic - especially Lexi but everyone was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! Amenities were great with washer/dryer/dishwasher and plenty of room for multiple guests. The only negatives we had were: the mattress on the futon was extremely thin and quite uncomfortable and unfortunately, the floors were quite dirty that We decided to keep our shoes on during our stay. The master bathroom shower could use a little TLC - shower rod/curtain falling apart and no cover over the drain. All in all, we loved this house and all it offered.
We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This unit was not the best. It was infested with flies and mold was on the bathroom walls. It also seemed as if the unit was on a slant and there were holes in the walls and some of the floors had large dips in them. The toaster was not working and they used a stick as a lock for the sliding door because it did not have a lock on it. The area was nice but this unit was not.

I love the island and we had a great time. The golf cart included was great. The pool was nice, albeit quite crowded. The grounds seemed relativelt well maintained. That being said I have a laundry list of complaints with unit 6... Broken cabinets missing doors, broken floor tiles, good luck finding a towel rack they're all broken, no drain stops, filthy drains, broken tv remote (not just batteries), poor job cleaning (chips and food on floor, really?), crawling with ants, screens missing, front door locks broke, etc. Really we didn't stay inside much so it wasn't that big a deal but I was pretty disappointed in the property itself.

Everything was good with a few exceptions. When we arrived there were a bunch of flies inside. We spilled a coke and had to clean it up with paper towels. A mop, bucket, and broom would have been nice.

We planned a short vacation to Put-In-Bay with the family....which included 3 small children. Island Club #6 was a perfect fit for all of us. The outside deck is wonderful for small children and just gave us some extra space. The only downside was the kitchen table which only seated 4. We did bring a table along, and moved the patio chairs inside, so we could all eat together, which worked perfect. Overall, we had a great mini-vacation and would absolutely stay at #6 again!!
