Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was incredible and spacious. The amenities were clean and providing entertainment for all. We were close to so many amazing shops, beaches and restaurants. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Pnina is AMAZING! We travel often, and Pnina hands down is the best host we have ever had! She met us at the condo, gave us a tour, stocked the condo with everything we could possibly need for a week, and was available by text whenever we had a question or needed a restaurant recommendation. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this truly great apartment. The patio is the crowning glory and it was great to have the extra space and elegance of the patio overlooking the pool and surrounded by palm trees. The apartment feels very private because it is looking out to greenery and palm trees, and is steps to the pool via a simple stair way close by. The apartment itself is beautifully upgraded, with spectacular showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Pnina was a perfect host. We will be back!

The balcony alone is worth the rental. Our family wanted a quiet, comfortable, relaxing location to call home for our vacation and we were not disappointed. Shopping, beaches, restaurants in the vicinity were above our expectations. There is a wonderful walking trail across the street that my wife and I used every morning and enjoyed a great deal. Well maintained pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill. The hostess was kind, informative, and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area!

Fabulous host - very best in the area

We have stayed in many places in Miami Beach, Surfside, and Aventura. This was among the very best. The place is fabulous, with the largest and most impressive terrace in the complex, expanding completely over the pool. But the difference is the host. She was extraordinarily accommodating and easy to work with, made Shabbos a breeze for us, and made every provision to make our arrival and departure simple. When we arrived it was pouring - she met us at our car with an umbrella, had key cards waiting for us, and games and books for our kids to enjoy during the rainy days. The beds were plentiful and comfortable, and there was even a paw patrol soap dispenser for my toddler (who is still talking about it). And in the midst of COVID, we could not have felt more comfortable with the cleanliness and abundant cleaning supplies. The condo was great, but the contentiousness of the host makes this the very best place we have ever stayed with our children. Thank you Pnina, we will be back.

Excellent property! Excellent host! Well stocked vacation rental. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The Veranda, over-looking the pool was the place to be. Relax, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. As this host strives to make your stay the best, we have made some additional suggestions to her. Due to the Covid situation, there was some difficulty getting pool times. But it all worked out! We definitely will be back! Thank you Pnina 👍

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms were newly renovated. The balcony overlooking the pool was huge! Aventura Mall is an easy 15-20 walk and there are several beaches that are a short drive away. Pnina was great to work with.

The property owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. She even went out of her way to stock the condo with games, books, crayons, and coloring books for my children. The only drawback for me was that there are very strict rules enforced at the community pool which prohibited my kids from being able to jump into the water or play with any pool toys or balls. Other than that though, we loved it.

We could have not been more lucky to come across this property on VRBO. Pnina was an outstanding host! She had all of the essentials stocked and available- and even a pack-and- play for our little guy. The location is a perfect proximity to the beaches and shopping. The area is very easy to navigate. We loved taking family walks on the exercise path across the street. We brought our two little boys who lived in the pool! When it was nap time for them, we enjoyed some relaxation time and sunshine on the terrace! We can’t say enough about the stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It was very well located, super clean and Pnina was a nice and helpful person. She even gave us her adress for some late packages from Amazon. The only thing to have in consideration is an extra fee for ID to enter and for the car that we didn’t knew about! But I surely will return as soon as I can and recommend it to friends and family! Where do I start? Let's begin with the owner Pnina. The nicest, caring person. Who greets a stranger with a warm hug? Pnina does!! After talking with her for 5 minutes it felt as if she was a longtime friend. The unit is breath taking. Inside and out everything is there for you. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Great floor plan with king bedroom on one side, and queen bedroom and twin bedroom on the other. Whole inside has been updated. You won't find a better balcony on the entire property. Easy access to pool area.

The owner met us for a quick show around of the condo and the massive deck overlooking the pool.
