The place was kept nice and clean in general, and the host was helpful and very responsive to any questions.
The unit can do with a bit of TLC in various areas. The AC vent in the bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped to meet all our needs. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

Rooms were clean. The host was kind enough to provide 2 pack n plays for our kids. Easy walk to the beach. Some beach equipment was provided.

staff at the front desk is the best of the whole experience
outdated hallways , the contact didn’t care about my check in at all. the rental was disgustingly dirty. false advertisement
