Our stay at Solé was good. Parts of the hotel needs a bit of a refresh. The bathroom was dated and handles of fake drawers were falling out. The beds were super comfy, which was amazingly welcome after our long journey to the US.
Location was nice, a quieter part of the beach. Beach towels and two loungers were included. There were 4 of us staying in a big room though so 2 had to lie on the sand. I find this weird, just give 4 ppl 4 loungers.
Overall a bit overpriced for what you get considering we didn’t have breakfast included or anything.
Not sure we’d stay again. Especially since the beach strip is heaving with other hotels.

Room was okay but nothing really special. For the price charged I expected more. There was a great partial ocean view of the beach and ocean, the hotel staff was great but the actual room was sub par. The bed was lumpy and very low to the ground. People talking in a normal voice in either the hallways or the room next door could be heard as if they were in your room. Room was clean. Definitely an old building. Slow elevators, room key needed to operate them (except for the lobby and pool floors) and would only allow you to go to the floor you were assigned too. Would not stay here again due to the premium price for a mediocre room.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, great rain head shower, lovely beach

For the price, I was expecting a clean and mold-free bathroom.

Staff were friendly and polite always answering phone. Great walkable location and beautiful beach. Building work next door starting early was a little annoying but same all over. The large resort fee yet very few amenities beyond wifi eg little things for comfort like shower caps, bottled water and slippers are not provided when paying so much extra. Could not extend 11am checkout any later unfortunately as fully occupied but that is probably due to high season.

Basic room and “balcony” term is deceiving

This hotel has the friendliest staff! Super comfortable beds and great beach access. It is clearly an older hotel that has been rehabbed, so the room layout is a little awkward, but they did a wonderful job given the circumstances. The lobby, restaurant and beach bar are fabulous!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, nice staff.

Perfect location! Great service. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants.
Housekeeping staff was a joy- so nice and friendly.
Beach was beautiful and enjoyed the lounge chairs & fire pit.
Comfy beds, nice spacious rooms. Nice balcony.
Please fix the elevators
Please serve coffee earlier in the lobby- it was only out there from 8:30-9:30 and people would fill up 6 cups at a time then it would be empty.
Please wash the windows in the restaurant- you have such a great view but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out.

I found that pedestrian access from the street to the lobby is very complicated and makes you walk through some rear hallways, meant for maintenance and hotel employee use. Also, access to the beach makes you walk past garages and takes you through walkways around the building rather than a direct and eye-pleasing beach access

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, when I found a cockroach in my room ( I have a video and pictures), I didn't get any solution right from the staff. They were promise a solution, but it were only words. It is sad.

Let me start off by saying that Ross the manager is fantastic and goes above and beyond to accommodate hotel guests. The rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Booked a 2 bedroom for 2 adults and 4 children, a total of 6 people. The 2 bedroom is really a 1 bedroom room and a separate standard hotel room that are connected.
Upon check-in was only given 1 beach/towel card which affords 2 beach chairs and 2 towels. Asked what the other 4 people are supposed to do and was given another card since I technically had 2 rooms. Still only 4 chairs and 4 towels for a reservation of 6 people. Asked how I am supposed to use 4 towels for 6 people and was told to ask the beach staff if they had any towels to spare. Fantastic I guess will just pick 2 favorite kids and give them a towel.
Now up to the room. Room had 4 chairs around dining table, 1 additional chair in the second room. Total of 5 chairs. Called the desk...told them we had a reservation for 6 people and only 5 chairs. Front desk said nothing they can do about it. Luckily Ross the manager intervened and brought a 6th chair from his office.
Hotel is advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen, which it does not, it does not have any ovens, cook tops only. Once again manager Ross to the rescue.
Had a beachfront room, with a huge wrap around balcony. Guess what...no balcony furniture, nowhere to sit on the balcony.
Rooms are clean but are rather dated.
Hvac systems work well.
Coffee pods were not replenished daily and had

This was a last minute booking for us so I didn’t have high expectations. Service was great - every staff member was friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable, room is extra small. Bathrooms are super dated and the water floors the bathroom floor. Very few amenities and even water was $4 (why??). No ice machine or freezer in the mini fridge. No chairs on the balcony (which was filthy). The lobby has no seating or areas to just hang out, the hotel is very broken up and everything is in a different floor. Pool area was also very dated and in need of renovation. Beach area was cute. Should also be noted that room service is unseasonably expensive, there is no where to grab coffee throughout the day or water. Just ok - not worth the money at all.

Very clean! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! Perfect location. Only a couple of things that I felt was missing: an ice machine and a chair on the balcony.
We would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here, everything is clean and neat. Nice place for everyone to enjoy !

We reserved a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front. They gave us a 1 bedroom ocean front with an adjoining 1 bedroom that was on the side of the building (NOT ocean front)! We paid $900 and they couldn't even leave a roll of paper towels or napkins to use! We came across 3 roaches. One in the refrigerator, one on the kitchen counter top and one in the adjoining bathroom. The sofa was smudged with food and grime. The dining table was scratched and not looking great! The air conditioning did not work very well. We were there in December during a storm so we could not open the windows due to the high winds and rain. It was cooler outside than inside. It took 12 hours to cool down 3 degrees! The maintenance man said there was nothing he could do and that it was working fine.

Beautiful location on the beach, great view from every room (higher floors at least). Attentive service, fast beach service

Been coming here for a couple years .
Hotel is definitely becoming more run-down
But yet the prices keep going up -
Not sure if it’s worth the money unless you catch a sale for around 200 a night

The Good:
This was one of, if not the cleanest Hotel(s) I have ever stayed in. Walking into the quiet lobby, a pleasant, fresh scent permeates the entire building. My room was reasonably quiet, only a few bangs in the middle of the night, which could have been another room's door closing. My suite had a city view, but on the left side of the huge balcony, was a partial ocean view as well. The balcony was truly unbelieveable, it stretched from the start of the living room, to the bedroom, with bedroom accesss to the balcony as well, just stunning. The suite has a full kitchen with a micro, dishwasher, and counter top stove. There was silverware in the drawers which was a good thing. Beach access and availability of lounge chairs was perfect. Staff dressed each lounge chair and offered umbrellas to each party, all part of the "resort fee" I guess. They had roving waitress food and beverage service on the beach when it was sunny, which sadly, wasn't much.
The bad: $40/day resort fee. $40/day valet parking. They did offer $10/day food credit for the overpriced, but good food. My room was dark, not enough easy lighting. They had lamps in the room, but you have to stretch to find the switches on the cords; unbecoming of such a nice Hotel. The bathroom had zero counter space to store sundries, cologne, razor etc. All that was there is one long sink. Minor detail, but it took some getting used to.
All in all, I would stay at the Sole Miami again, it's a really nice Hotel.

Very nice property in a quiet village-y part of Miami. Good beach to relax on and staff was friendly and helpful. Multiple strip malls just across the road offer a plenty of dining and day to day shopping needs.

When I arrived to the hotel I asked for my room to be deep cleaned since I am extremely allergic to dust. It wasn’t done and I requested the next day to have the room cleaned and it was not. I left the hotel with an allergic reaction.

The coffee maker did not work, I requested champagne for the room prior to our arrival. That did not happen. And the charges were different than what Expedia quoted me. It also showed that I paid 366.00 with Expedia on my reservation up front but the hotel had no record of that so they charged me the full amount. Not too sure I will continue using this site. The problems I have at times are not worth it.

We liked the hotel had great communication and expedient service upon request (room change, valet, towels). Beach and pool were great! Pool was cold (however went in December and the ocean was warmer).
I would say everything was pricey (resort fee, valet, food). Although probably comparable to other resorts and hotels in the area. Why be the same. Could be different with offering something at a more reasonable price. Overall it was a great place to stay with plenty of accommodations.

The Good
- The hotel is exquisite! From the smell to the atmosphere.
- The room was clean and fully stocked.
- The full kitchen is a plus if you need it.
- Easy access to the beach and the pool.
- The elevator is fast and there was no wait at all.
- There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants in the area.
THE BAD
- There is only valet parking at $45 ($40 plus tax) per night plus the $40 resort fee… that was an unexpected extra fee.
- The staff at the beach were not very friendly.
- There is a lot, I mean A LOT of construction in the area and a lot of traffic. All you can hear are the sirens and the construction noise non-stop. Nothing the hotel can do, but it hinders your experience.
2.0
I would say this place is basic at best / rooms are sterile - all white walls and most rooms are adjoining so you hear everything next door - barely a lobby - hard to walk to (you walk up a driveway) pool is crappy but restaurant and beach are nice

The beach is covered by shadows before 2pm, while all the other beaches still have two more hours of sun.
