We were there for 2 days for the end of a family spring break. The location was perfect. The amenities were perfect. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone

A modern hotel in the perfect location, one block from a breathtaking beach and close to Aventura Mall, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great views from the room and the swimming pool. What I did not like is a too cold room with AC that could not be adjusted. There was no hand/body lotion provided and it should be. The customer gets beach towels and two drinks per day whether he/she wants it or not, and is charged 30$ dollars per day for this. It should be optional.

The shower wasn't clean, it had mildew. I had to clean it out around midnight when i checked in. The bedspread was not clean and it was dusty

Decent hotel within walking distance of the beach and amenities (grocery store, etc). Good breakfast with lots of options and seating. Appreciate the eco friendliness with pump bottles for shampoo, etc and reusable cutlery in breakfast room. More reusable dishes would be better to cut on waste. Property itself seems a bit worn if looking closely. Our door was difficult to open / close and needed an extra hard push. Beds are ok - pillows are really flat and not comfortable. For the price, is a decent hotel.

This was my second time at this hotel and cleaning up room service was not so good as the last time you must call service desk to get your room cleaned otherwise you will end up within 2 days in garbage, breakfast was traditionally poor. The rest was fine, friendly service, particularly valet service guys

I like everything about the property, especially the walking distance to the beach. The only thing I didn't enjoy is having to pay for valet parking!

It was my third time at this property. I chose it bc proximity to a beach I like to go. But I cannot stand acoustics there. slamming doors at any hour super loud that made my bed trembling. Horrible. In general staff was nice. But maids work at all hours like a cheap motel.

I’d paid for ocean view corner room. And instead they give me a handicap room. Trying to say this is what I selected in my reservation. Which is totally not true showed the guy I didn’t. And then I get charged extra for something I’d told him I didn’t ask for they still charge me. This was the farthest worse experience ever for my husband and I, we came to celebrate our anniversary and it was a mess

Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. I did not get the room I made reservations for because I arrived earlier than the check in time, so I agreed to take it, but they assured me all features of the room I made the reservations for were in this new room. However, when I got into the new room, yes, we had an ocean view but there was a large palm tree covering the entire window and we could hardly see the ocean. The room I requested had a couch by the window and the new one had none. I remember reading about the Destination Fee, per day but I did not see anywhere on the hotel description about $50 daily, for security deposit. The hotel is pretty nice, and the staff are courteous, but they have too many fees.

Helpful staff, good breakfast options. Comfortable room, quiet and clean. Destination fee was a surprise but came with a few perqs to offset daily cost. The daily $40 valet costs was also a pill.

Great location across the street from beach. Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. The front desk is a little bit of a hot mess. I was charged for valet and didn’t have a car. Check your bills. However, I would def stay again.

Wonderful & friendly staff! Great complimentary breakfast with many options to choose from! We liked that they keep their restaurant open late & have a large variety menu! If you stay here, there is a very delicious restaurant within walking distance called Olivia pizza & gelato, this place is a much!! The best pizza we’ve ever had & the gelato was really good too!!

The view from the 17 and 18 floor where we stayed were terrific. You have the option to ask either ocean view or the bay. I also ask for a higher floor and they delivered . The hotel location is great . A Colombian, Italian, Mediterranean and a sushi restaurant all downstair to your right. If you love meat , there is an Argentinian restaurant a block down to your left I will definitely return

Excellent location! Great hotel set up! Valet parking to expensive not disclosed clearly? Very loud noises coming from the elevator shaft, breakfast looked the same everyday which there's very little interest in trying different items? On the third day it was not appealing anymore. Staff was very friendly
