Great room, great location
No towels, when we enquired only supplied with 2 temporary ones as they were waiting for delivrry from cleaners.
No towels supplied for the beach.
Considering the price paid for the room this was really poor service.

Resort with colorful seaside designs on the peaceful Had Chao Samran Beach, a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, clean, helpful staff (thumb up!), all you can eat fresh prepared Thai and English/ American breakfast, standard pool with sea views.
Musty smells upon arrival but all clear off after air conditioning, windows couldn’t be opened

Lovely room and pool excellent although no shade and very few chairs
Extremely difficult even with phone translations to find out what services available as no English spoken. Breakfast was provided but very basic until conference attendees arrived and then was excellent for 2 mornings. Shuttle goes to local town during daylight hours, about a 20 min walk away.
