Gelungener Kurztrip

Die Freundlichkeit im Hause, das Frühstück und Sauberkeit. Freies Parken am Haus und das kostenlose Nahverkehrsticket, das bis Freiburg ging. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Sehr gute Qualität im Restaurant und beim Frühstück.

Das Bad war sehr klein, aber ausreichend für einen Kurztrip.

Ich habe mehr bekommen als erwartet. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Trotz der Lage zur Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht sehr groß aber es war alles vorhanden und die Brötchen waren immer frisch. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit.

Das Bad war etwas zu klein für meine Größe und es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl was für Menschen mit Behinderung zum Problem werden kann.

Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. Nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Es gibt leider keinen Lift.

מרוצים אך נזופים

קיבלנו חדר לארבע וחדר לזוג. במלון הזה בהחלט התייחסו אלינו יפה וניסו לתת לנו הרגשה טובה. בלילה הראשון הגענו מאוחר וכנראה עשינו מעט רעש ומקלחות ולמחרת האחראית העירה לנו על זה. זה לא היה נעים, התחלה לא טובה, ובהמשך היחסים היו ענייניים והשתדלנו להיות שקטים יותר, אבל נשארה תחושה לא נעימה. יש לציין שהיה לנו רכב גדול ושמרו לנו לחניה.

לא אהבנו את שיחת הנזיפה של האחראית, שיחה שנערכה בארוחת הבוקר הראשונה שלנו. היא ציינה שאורחים התלוננו על רעש ועל זה שהמקלחת כל הזמן עבדה. היו לנו שני חדרים , חדר של 4 וחדר של 2, הגענו מאוחר וכולם רצו להתרחץ לפני השינה. לא ברור מה הבעיה עם זה?, יש איזה חוק שאוסר על מקלחת בלילה. אם במלון היה בידוד רעשים טוב, אותם מתלוננים לא היו שומעים כלום.

Clean, comfortable, family friendly, good location, fantastic hospitality!

The restaurant on the bottom floor was so convenient and the food was very good. The provided breakfast had nice options, including fresh scrambled eggs. The is an alternate entrance on the back of the building to get to the rooms and bypass the restaurant. We had a family room. Entering the door from the hall you can see the main bed, closet, desk with mini fridge. The main bathroom had plenty of room and was clean. From the main door, turning right is the bedroom door for the kids room. It had a bunk bed, some closet, and half bath. There was enough room for us to set up a pack n play for our infant as well. The staff were all very attentive and treated us like family. From interacting with our young kids, recommending local attractions and activities, and genuinely having a conversation. The hospitality alone would make me want to return.

The parking was tricky. There are limited spots on site. There is a parking garage just up the road but our car was too tall. The hallway outside of the rooms could be noisy. We slept with sound machines because of the kids, but can imagine the noise to be disruptive for light sleepers. There wasn’t parties or anything crazy just the sound of people entering their rooms.

Great place and great staff

The staff was extremely nice. The terrace next to in had great food and the proximity was very convenient. Close to the train station. They provide the Schwarzwald Card. A lot of variety for breakfast.

Already looking forward to return.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, amazing variety of delicious treats: homemade jam and marmalade, homemade yoghurts, cheeses and sausages.

Can’t think abut any.

Superb

The atmosphere warm and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, for a supermarket is within three-minute walking distance. The dinner in the hotel is delicious.

It’s a little hard to drag a piece of medium-size luggage from the train station-neustadt- to the hotel. It’s a better idea to take the bus 7257 or 7261. The hotel is one stop away from the train station.

decent stay.

Good location if you’re looking for something in the midst of a tiny Black Forest village. lots of trekking and hiking routes start from nearby. Very good breakfast. friendly staff.

the cleaning lady was quite invasive, entered without knocking the door. the first night the room was very cold, since the heating was not working. not always easy to find a parking. Rooms on the first floor are a bit outdated vs the ones on the second floor.

Good hotel for a vacation in the Black Forest

Clean hotel with very friendly staff, and delicious and varied breakfast. We very much enjoyed the guest card included in the price of the room. Close to restaurants, a supermarket and the train station. Would stay again.

A historic building with all the things you need for a good rest in the centre of Schwarzwald.

Very nice breakfast. Kind service - the hotel employees were very helpful: helped us with reservation of attractions we wanted to see, showed how to get to the underground car park on one occasion when all the parking spots next to the hotel were full and gave us the keys to the car park. Plus they offered us the HochSchawarzwald card, explained how and where to use it (went to the Town Hall to get extra information for us). We really recommend the place.
