The room was clean and had a balcony with a nice view to the mountains.
When we arrived it was cold in the room and later at the evening there was also no heating even though the outside temperature was around 5 C°. I had to ask twice to turn on the heating, which the owner did but the radiator was not even hot just nearly warm. Also the sound proofing is non existent. We could hear what the other guest from the neighbour room were talking about.
