About this apartment rental
This charming apartment is equipped with every comfort and is in an ideal location for you to enjoy Sorrento and its famous coastline.
Appartamento Erica is a bright apartment on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant building in a quiet residential area on Sorrento’s main street, Corso Italia. With a total of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
Not included in the price, to be paid on site in cash:
• Final cleaning fee - 170,00 euro
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 50,00 euros will be requested.
The apartment is very close to the famous Piazza Tasso, making it easy to enjoy the local night life in the many busy bars, restaurants and venues brimming with tourists and locals alike.
Appartamento Erica has a 5-m2 terrace with a table and two chairs, so you can enjoy a partial view of the town and sea.
The large living room is elegant and simple, with a king-size sofa-bed, TV, dining table for six, air conditioning, heating and access to the terrace.
A corridor links all the rooms, including the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to a small veranda/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
In all, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms.
• Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles upon request), bedside tables, desk, chairs, built-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 2: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, desk
• Bedroom 3: king-size bed (can be divided into two singles), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, desk
• Bed in living room: king-size sofa-bed
• Bathroom 1 in Bedroom 1, painted in delicate shades of yellow: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer
• Bathroom 2, painted in delicate shades of blue: sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer

We had a fantastic stay in Sorrento and our apartment was great. Great location and a fair price. Our property managers were super responsive and very helpful whenever we had a question. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location. clean and very comfortable for 6 adults. check in was fine, but they forgot to collect a fee which then required a lot of back and forth. Would stay again; the location and cleanliness were great.

We enjoyed our stay and the experience with the host. The location was very good and the apartment was clean and spacious for 3 couples. The beds were good and the decor was fine. The only thing that could have been better is the size of the showers, but they were fine. Additional clarity on what to do with the trash might have been helpful, but this is a very minor thing. All in all, we very much enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed Sorrento. The apartment was clean, air conditioned, and in a great location. It did fit our group of eight adults, but it was tight. The apartment walls are thin. The windows are single pane so it is noisy from the street and train noises. We made management aware of the sewer smell coming from the sink in the master bathroom. Although they said they would let maintenance know about the problem, they never got back to me or offered any resolution. Also, be aware that they ask for cash only for taxes and cleaning fees. I’m assuming this is all normal for Sorrento??
