Located in Saint-Julien-en-Born, this lovely house for $70 per night is a great option for your next trip. Recent house with 5 rooms in a very quiet small subdivision, on the edge of the forest. It is located 4 km from Contis Plage. The house is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 with the possibility of bringing them together to make a large bed and 2 bunk beds 90), 1 dining-living room with 2 sofas, 1 open kitchen (oven , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ...), 1 bathroom with shower + wc, 1 separate wc. Provision of duvets and pillows, baby bed, tea towels, cleaning products, board games, children's books, DVD, ... INTERNET. Secure cycle path to go to the beach. Free bus shuttle. We had a nice stay in this lovely, nicely decorated house. It was absolutely clean and we had everything we needed. The beach is about 15 min by bike, the way is easy and safe. Communication with Catherine and Tony was easy and kind. We love to come back soon.

Agréable séjour au calme
Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Rénové avec goût. Si vous rechercher la tranquillité tout proche de la côte c'est la location idéal. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants merci encore. Nous souhaitons juste préciser que si vous y séjournez en automne ou en hiver il faudra prévoir en plus de la location le coût de l'électricité car nous avons chauffé la maison.

Es war wunderschön !!!
Das Haus ist superschön und gepflegt. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige. Es war war mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern groß genug für uns und unsere erwachsenen Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche ist schön und hat auch einen Essplatz.
ist schön und hat ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben jede Mahlzeit draußen eingenommen.
Die Terrasse ist ebenso schön wie der Rest des Hauses.
Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und es gibt ein extra WC.
Die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Wir sind meist mit dem Rad zu den verschiedenen Ständen gefahren. Nach Contis Plage sind es mit dem Rad nur 15 Minuten.
Catherine ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin.... das Haus ist außerdem liebevoll mit Fotos und Bildern geschmückt.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Parfait
On a passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est parfaite, idealement située à côté de la piste cyclable qui relie la plage et le village de saint julien, au calme tout en étant proche de tout, très belle atmosphère à Contis plage, super bien équipée et entretenue, pratique et bien agencée. Bref on reviendra. Merci aux très gentils propriétaires.

Des vacances familiales parfaites!
Nous avons adoré notre sejour avec mon compagnon et notre bébé de 3 mois.
La maison est parfaite pour recevoir des amis, faire des barbecues, se détendre en famille. Par ailleurs, il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour n'avoir qu'à poser ses valises!
Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison pour un sejour en famille ou entre amis!

Maison en tous points conforme à sa description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, l'espace, le jardin, la proprieté ainsi que l'équipement de la maison. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison ci se situe proche d'une route (mais sans les désagréments), ce qui permet de rejoindre en 2 mn la piste cyclable pour aller à la plage. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour dans la région. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Dieses sehr ruhig gelegene, für Familien geeignete und wirklich sehr, sehr saubere Haus, ist nur zum empfehlen.
Es gibt nichts, was das Haus nicht hat. Ganz großes Lob.
Wir waren mit drei Kindern (5 Personen insgesamt) für 2 Wochen dort und haben uns richtig wohl und auch im Urlaub gefühlt. Ein dickes merci an Catherine und Tony. Ganz unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter.
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung stand im Kühlschrank ein Willkommensbierchen und für die Kinder einen gekühlten Saft.
Einkaufen kann man direkt in St- Julien- en- Born in einem kleineren Supermarkt. Für alles fehlende bietet sich der große Supermarkt E. Leclerc in Mimizan an, der etwa 20 Min. vom Feriendomizil entfernt liegt. Dort bekommt man eigentlich fast alles.
In Contis können wir die boulangerie (Bäckerei) und den glacier (Eisdiele), beide rechte Straßenseite wenn man nach Contis fährt, sehr empfehlen. Der Glacier macht das Eis, Waffeln, Karamelsosse usw. selber. Einziges Manko: nicht ganz billig, aber man kann im Urlaub ja mal drüber hinwegsehen ;-)!
Le Dune de Pyla et le Banc d' Arguin ist sehr sehenswert und ein toller Tagesauflug.
Wer ein Geschmackserlebnis der besonderen Art erleben möchte besucht das Restaurant Auberge le Cottage in Uza, ca. 10 Minuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Das ist wirklich ein kleiner Geheimtipp und ein tolles Gaumenerlebnis.
Der Fahrradweg zum Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eines sollte man allerdings bedenken, wenn man mit kleineren Kindern zum Strand in Contis radeln möchte: nicht jedes Kind ist nach einem langen Strandtag am Meer noch sehr konzentriert den Weg zurück zu meistern!
Wir hatten einen wirklich erholsamen, sportlichen, sehenswerten, genussreichen, fantastischen Urlaub hier in Frankreich. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir ganz sicher und sehr bald wieder hierher zurückkommen werden.

This is a very well cared for property. The decoration is very stylish and everything is in good new condition. There are lots of extra little touches - a barbecue, including charcoal, childrens toys, dvds, a wash basket, even beers in the fridge for when we arrived!
Catherine (French) & Tony (English) met us when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful.
Despite the hot weather, the big secure shutters helped to keep the house cool during the day - no need for air conditioning.
The house is located in a small residential area near to St Julien en Born. St Julien en Born is a large village with supermarket, tourist information, petrol station, bike hire, boulangerie, post office etc. This is about a couple of minutes away by car (we have small children so we didn't try walking)
Also nearby is Contis Plage. Contis Plage is a small relaxed French beach resort, with lifeguards, and just over a dozen shops, cafes & restaurants. Its about 5 minutes in the car, or there is a tarmac, off road cycle track all the way from the accommodation to the beach. The coast has mile upon mile of lovely sand, backed by sand dunes, with the sort of waves you get in Cornwall, but considerably warmer.
We went to Dune de Pyla (largest dune & great fun running down), did a canoe trip down the local river (8km floating downstream) and did walks & cycle rides on all the cycle tracks in the area, as well as spending time on the beach.
Overall, a great holiday!

Das Haus war in jeder Hinsicht (Ausstattung, Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.) empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter waren top, verbindlich und sehr freundlich: ein Willkommensbierchen im Kühlschrank nach der langen Anfahrt und zum WM-Sieg eine Flasche Schampus... Die Kinder konnten sich frei im Garten bewegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ganz tolle Ferien
Wir hatten ideal gewählt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, neuwertig, funktionell und geschmackvoll. Die Vermieter sind lässig, nett und bemüht. Gefrühstückt wurde jeden Morgen in der Sonne vor dem Haus und wenn es mittags heiß wurde, konnten wir im Garten unter dem Vordach sitzen oder es uns bequem machen. Was will man mehr?
Die Kinder (6+8 Jahre) waren frei und gefahrlos mit ihren Fahrrädern in der kleinen Siedling unterwegs und fanden diesen Urlaub als den Besten bisher überhaupt. Allerdings gehört dazu auch der tolle Strand und das Meer, die Möglichkeit sich ausgiebig mit dem Fahrrad bewegen zu können, zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, auch wenn man mal 2 Stunden fahren musste. Die Einheimischen fanden wir total nett und entgegenkommen. In so einem Häuschen könnte man auch gut längere Zeit verbringen und über den Preis kann dann sicherlich verhandelt werden. Es lohnt!

Urlaub in einem besonders schönen Ferienhaus
Wir haben leider nur eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Catherine und Tony verbracht. Die Abwicklung der Vermietung war sehr unkompliziert und vertrauensvoll, alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Waldrand in einer sehr ruhigen Einfamilienhaussiedlung. Vom Haus aus erreicht man nach ca. 4 km Contis-Plage und somit die schönsten Strände Frankreichs.
Das Haus ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Das Küchenequipement ist vorbildlich, man hätte sogar einige Gäste zum Barbecue einladen können ohne das Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr gefehlt hätten.
Das Haus war in einem top-gepflegten Zustand und bei der Übergabe blitzsauber,
es hat die möglichen 5 Sterne voll und ganz verdient.
Danke nochmal an die sehr netten Vermieter Catherine und Tony, die Reise hat sich gelohnt!

Diese Fereinhaus ist zu top!
Zum einen liegt es sehr schön: Ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung mit guter Fahrradanbindung bis zum Strand (ca. 4 km). Brot fürs Frühstück bekomme ich auf dem naheliegenden Campingplatz oder im 4 km entfernten, gut sortierten Carrefour-Supermarkt.
Das Haus selber ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Großes Kompliment an Catherine + Tony (Vermieter), die wirklich viel Arbeit geleistet und guten Geschmack bewiesen haben.
Die Vermieter letztlich sind wirklich aufmerksam und behilflich, da kann man nur den Hut vor ziehen. Wir würden es als vorbildlich bezeichnen.
Also: Klare Empfehlung!

Dans un cadre charmant, une maison neuve qui s'intègre parfaitement au paysage. Une maison très pratique à vivre que l'on investit dès l'arrivée : l'équipement notamment en cuisine est juste "bluffant", les mulitples possibilités de rangement tant dans les pièces communes que dans les chambres permettent de se sentir tout de suite chez soi. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ne gâte rien et c'est bien agréable à l'arrivée de trouver dans le frigo et placards des denrées de base. Un seul bémol, mais qui nous en sommes sûrs va être rapidement réparé : les "petites fuites" de la salle de bain. C'est décidé, la prochaine fois on vient en été :) !
