Relax with your friends and family in this extraordinary home neighboring Palm Beach in Aruba. Located in the Tuscany Residence Area of Aruba this house is in the perfect spot for a quick drive or 12 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. Adjacent to the Ritz Carlton and the Marriott we are an easy walk to the Moomba Beach Bar as well as the kite surfing beach area. A short drive toward the California Lighthouse will bring you to Malmok and Arashi Beaches-- often a little quieter than the busier Palm Beach. This 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home has been meticulously maintained and is well appointed with all of your vacation needs including a private pool. Includes a newly renovated bedroom and full bathroom adjacent to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and appliances that one could want whether in your own home or on vacation. A private gate secures the home and you will be greeted upon arrival by our rental manager Sartini. She will give you a complete explanation of all that you might need to know during your stay on Aruba. Sartini will also be available during your stay should you have any questions about the house or area. The most wonderful part of the home is the private oasis in the back yard. Complete with dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, grill area, and private pool. A perfect place to rest and relax following a day at the beach or shopping in town. The house was so great. Stocked with so much-kitchen supplies, shower toiletries, towels, beach chairs, gas grill. We cooked a few dinners on the grill(lobster, yum) and ate at the spacious table outside, swam in the pool every day! Great location! Would definitely stay again!

The house was lovely and had everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen with all the basics so we didn't have to buy items (like salt/ pepper, oil, foil and storage containers). Easy to find, close to beaches, restaurants, etc.
Great communication from the host, very helpful with anything we needed. She also recommended a rental company for baby gear (crib, highchair) which was great.
The house is very clean, with new walk in showers and it is nice the bedrooms are spread out over the two floors. Lots of fans, AC units, and towels for comfort. The living space is small and the stairwell jets out so you might hit your head until you get used to it. The house also has access to beach chairs & floats which is an added bonus plus laundry on site.
Outside living space is great for adults and has large fans to help keep the bugs away. There are steps up and down on the patio (which is understandable for drainage) but less kid/ accessible friendly.) The pool is very deep, so not great for kids (I could barely touch beyond the stairs).
Overall, the house is fantastic and exactly as advertised.

The property looked just like the exquisite photos that I originally saw on the site. I was soooo happy because I have heard many stories of that NOT being the case when leasing through some vacation websites. I would recommend this property to anyone going to Aruba, especially if they want to enhance the experience even more—I hope to visit this property again in the future ❤️

Excellent choice! Everything was perfect for our family of 9 including one year-old granddaughter. House was fully equipped with everything you need and then some. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location and Sartini and Rose were very helpful! We used a local rental company for a crib and high chair which I also highly recommend. You will not be disappointed in this choice. Will definitely stay here again if with a group. Highly recommend!

It started the day we booked with incredible communication from Sartini, the house manager. She gave us all the information we could possibly need to get ready for our trip. It followed right thru to the day of our arrival. She helped us get a rental car, get set up in the home, and responded to every text quickly with questions about recommendations on activities or food
The home is spacious but cozy. The pool was perfect for refreshing swims and hangouts.
If we are lucky enough to go to Aruba again I would only book this home!!!

We would honestly have to nit-pick in order to say anything was not perfect. The host was communicative, and they had local people to check us in and show us the home. They were very helpful throughout the trip - even guiding us on the forms needed for entrance to the country and then with restaurant and sight seeing information. This was a HUGE help, since we had never visited Aruba before. This alone would have made the stay great.
The location is close to the things we wanted to do - beaches, lighthouse, off-roading and food. Not really walking distance, but a very short car ride. Quiet neighborhood, with the exception of a neighbors pool party ;-)
To nit pick - neither of the down stairs bathrooms have electrical outlets. (Not a thing I needed, but my wife noticed it.) And the downstairs master bath could have used a shelf or a cabinet near the sink. There were a couple of Sonos speakers, but they proved to be difficult to connect to (And I have a Sonos system at home....) So maybe add an inexpensive bluetooth speaker or two?
And the gardener showed up at 7am... and was on the speaker phone for quite some time until I went out and said something to her.
The pool was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and there is a small supermarket within walking distance. Not the BEST supermarket, but it is there.
We highly recommend this home, and hope that other VRBO hosts learn how valuable the local help is! Great job.

We came to Aruba for a destination wedding held at the Marriott Stellaris resort and hotel. With our family of 7 we wanted more space than a hotel room but still needed it to be close to all the festivities that were taking place.
This house is absolutely perfect! Wonderful location not only to the hotel (5 to 10 minute walk) but also to “downtown” palm beach and amazing people to work with!

We (group of five women) have visited Aruba for the last seven years, renting a different house each year always looking for the perfect one. We found it this year. Santini, the property manager was great and when we had a clogged sink, it handled immediately. The check-in/out process was very easy. It had the best equipped/supplied kitchen we have ever had. The outdoor space was incredible with many dining options and a comfortable sectional sofa. The pool was well maintained. We will certainly rent this property again

We stayed at this home for a week. Everything we needed was here and in great condition. We traveled with four couples and no complaints from anyone. A very relaxing week in a beautiful home on a beautiful island. Fabulous restaurants, shopping nearby, (Kay’s Fine Jewelers – Tesh was awesome as always! )Can’t wait to come back!

Everything is exactly as listed! Sartini who manages the property was so amazing! My daughters lingo is “Sartini is a Queen!”. The house is large and my 18 year old enjoyed the small apartment isolated from the house. Kitchen has everything needed but we only cooked breakfast and went out for dinners and the restaurants were close by. We were encouraged to rent a car which I think was wise! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house, if we make it back to Aruba we will certainly rent again!!

Week in Paradise!
We were a family group of 10 that stayed last week in this beautiful home. The house has so many great amenities and the location was so close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The beds were all so comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect! We were all very comfortable. It was so wonderful coming back from a day at the beach to jump in the pool and sit pool side to relax in the beautiful outdoor areas. We never really even used the livingroom inside the house! The private oasis out back was so inviting. We all started our mornings out there with coffee and mimosas enjoying our surroundings. Sartini the property manager was outstanding! From check in to check out she made sure that we needed nothing and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We have rented many properties and never had such a wonderful manager :). I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Thank you so much for a very memorable week! Fantastic home with extraordinary property manager!
We had a wonderful stay at our Palm Beach oasis. It is a beautiful space with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation perfect. We were a family of 8, all adults, with one small car between us. Sartini was an attentive and informed manager, she answered all our questions, made great suggestions and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

My sister and I first vacay since 2019 (pre-Covid). This was so needed. Absolutely perfect and serene. The house is exactly as pictured and described. The outdoor area and pool was my happy place daily. Great host and property manager. We will be back.

Best stay in Aruba
I have been to Aruba over 20 times. This is the first time we rented a house and I would never go back to a hotel. The property was amazing and the location was perfect. I can't say enough positive things about the property manager. She was attentive to our every need. The house and grounds are well kept and having a private pool was an additional perk. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were absolutely floored by this property. The amenities, set up and location were perfect. The property manager was very attentive, hospitable and most of all available for us. Amenities at this house were great and when we did have some minor issues they were addressed with excellence. Our hostess was open to accommodate us and made me want to come back again to experience Aruba and all it’s beauty. Thanks for making your beautiful home available and giving us an experience my family and I will never forget!

The beach was in close proximity and could get there by car about a 6 minute or walking which would take about 15min. Close to fun things lot do like on Moomba beach where we rented jet skis. Amenities at this house were great and when we did have some minor issues they were addressed with excellence. Our hostess was open to accommodate us and made me want to come back again to experience Aruba and all it’s beauty. Great time in Aruba.
Everything was perfect. We were a group of 4 moms with 6 college age kids celebrating the end of freshman covid college year. This house was amazing. Plenty of room, awesome outdoors space with pool. Fully stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and ice chest. Grocery store half mile away. The location was great. Kids walked to beach. We drove and were able to park right at ritz beach. It was a gorgeous beach. And you could just beach bar hop from there.

Perfect Vacation Home
What a beautiful home.... we loved it. The home had everything you could ever need for the beach and for cooking a homemade meal. We felt very safe and the property manager was always just a phone call away to answer any questions. We hope to return to Aruba and realized there in no better place to stay.
