Loved the peaceful and comfortable room, especially the kitchen, big TV, and strong Wi-Fi. The pool, well-functioning elevator, and kind staff were also great.
The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning, as the units weren’t cooling as well as expected. A little cleaning/maintenance might help.

The water flow is good.
Drainage trouble on the first night. Not draining well. It took hours to drain the bathroom.

Good location near samal wharf and airport. Easy Self check in. Wifi works well. Owner respond promptly. Good value. Provided soap and shampoo.
In both units, one of the two doors were locked, which added to a delay to get to sleep. One of those locks was broken completely, no personal assistance was available within an appropriate time. Be aware some of the towers are directly under flight path, but said flights are infrequent.
