About this bed and breakfast
This darling, clean 700 square foot cottage house sits on 7 acres and is just 15 minutes from OSU campus and 3.5 miles from Lake McMurtry East. Get away from the hustle and bustle and come let us share our slice of heaven with you! Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
The stars are bright on a clear night and you never know when deer will come through. If you're a bird watcher there are plenty of beautiful birds to enjoy. Early in the morning rabbits tend to run about. We installed a fire pit area in Sept 2023 and Johnny built four redwood chairs for the area which is great for star gazing too.
One bedroom, one bath, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, stove. Queen bed with SertaRest gel memory foam mattress topper. Queen hide a bed. Linens provided. Basic cookware, utensils and dish ware. Central h/a.
Stillwater is where the Land Run began and we have been having fun decorating the cottage with this in mind. In August 2023 we started putting little price tags on some of the treasures we've used for decorations. If you want to purchase an item remove the price tag and leave it with cash or a check and take the item with you. This helps encourage our "picking". We know you'll enjoy our place as much as we do.

Excellent option when visiting Stillwater. Easy drive to campus. Cottage is clean & comfortable with good amenities. Main road to cottage is low maintenance so be sure to take it slow.

Dawn is a wonderful host very caring about the renters and their pets. The Wi-Fi was great. She gave us a dozen of eggs and a half a dozen of cookies we couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was clean. I’ve never rented a place that clean before I highly recommend anybody to rent from Dawn, upon arrival we met Dawns son and husband and their lab Sasha. She just wanted to play and when my little poodle mix barked at her, she backed up and ran away. It was so fun.

Very clean very friendly people friendly dogs goats chickens and roosters absolutely quiet location for the needy that need to relax sit back and enjoy the quiet country space
