Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits. The stars are bright on a clear night and you never know when deer will come through. If you're a bird watcher there are plenty of beautiful birds to enjoy. Early in the morning rabbits tend to run about. We installed a fire pit area in Sept 2023 and Johnny built four redwood chairs for the area which is great for star gazing too.
