The contact with the hostess was exceptionally good. She was friendly without being at all intrusive. She didn't speak English, but was very patient and very clear when we had conversations in French, which suited us, as we wanted to try out our proficiency in the language.

It was a pity that the accommodation was very difficult to find initially, and was in an area where a car was essential to access any shops, or pleasant walking areas.
