The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian 2. Primary Guest Must Sign a Lease Agreement & Provide a Copy of a Government Issued ID 3. WE DO ACCEPT WELL BEHAVED PETS UP TO 30 POUNDS (MAXIMUM 2 PETS) with pet fee $100 per pet 4. Linen & Towels are not included with the rental but can be ordered as extra service for flat fee of $185

This home is exactly as advertised.Clean,gorgeous views and the house is loaded with everything for all age groups.This is a must stay if you are looking to book in Lake Harmony🙂

We loss my wife my children’s mother and grandchildren’s Mahna( the name they called her) on May 1. We need a family weekend to spend together before we start preparing for the Christmas Holiday. This home was just what we needed We had so much fun in game room but most importantly in the kitchen and living room. We played games and just reminded with the beautiful fireplace warming up the rooms. The grandchildren enjoyed sleeping together in the bedrooms which were so cozy. We had so much fun at the water park and a tremendous family dinner at Shenanigans. However it was the house that brightened us up and helped with our grief. Alex was the best owner you could ask for. He was so helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend to anybody looking for a lifelong experience to rent this home. Thank you all so much. I know my wife was with us the entire weekend in spirit

Overall location of house was in a very nice area and we loved how peaceful it was. There were a few things that we did noticed that we would like to address. There was cobwebs in some of the light fixtures, bedroom furniture needs to be dusted and window blinds. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, hand soap and enough trash bags and no kitchen towels. Downstairs was really cold the heater does not warm up the downstairs properly. I have stayed at other homes and never had to bring our own paper products like toilet paper and paper towels and we had to pay extra for bed sheets. Wish you the best and Happy Holidays.

House size and bedding was perfect for our 7 adults and 6 children, Game room kept kids entertained. Walk to lake was further than expected and beach gets crowded. Parking fills up fast. Loved the animal life ; Lots of deer, also wild turkey , one fox and one skunk.

This was our first vacation with all of our kids and grandkids …13 of us in all. The house was spacious. The game room was a huge hit, especially since the weather was not very cooperative. Alex, the host was very responsive to questions. We discovered the blender was not working when we got there and Alex contacted me right away and gave us option of picking one up and submitting receipt to him for reimbursement. Since we wanted some frozen libations, we did just that and within a 1/2 hr of me submitting a picture of the receipt, Alex had credited my account. We took advantage of the grill and fire pit for s’mores. On one of the few good weather days, the kids and grandkids made use of the canoe. We had a great time and made lots of memories!

Great place. It has everything you need. Hot tub was great. Downstairs was a bit cold but it had so many games to play and things to do. Would recommend.

Played golf every day. Made use of the hot tub, cornhole, fire pit. Shuffleboard was not yet useable, since there were not points painted on it. Ping pong table should be replaced. We had a great time and the house was all that the website showed.

We stayed here as a place to enjoy and go out to events we had lined up for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all 12 of us and then a few more if we needed it. Having the game area downstairs was great, and we would up not going out one day since we were having such a great time at the house! I’d recommend this house and the property manager was easily accessible and helpful.

It was lovely and all had a great time. The ping pong table is certainly weathered and will need replacement. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooling ware. I might suggest better cleaning on first floor game area due to our infant in her walker had a lot of dirt on bottom of feet. A good cleaning on flooring would be recommended for cleanliness. Overall all enjoyed rhe home!!!

The house was perfect for a spring break ski trip with 3 families. The property was clean and well appointed. The kids loved all the games. Owner was lightning fast with responses and eager to help. Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Location to the water park AND JFBB was great!

This property was perfect for our Family Ski Trip over MLK weekend. It had plenty of space for the 10 of us and the game room was a hit! The location is close to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost and to H2oohh water park. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the space and location! Alex the host was very helpful. All ages enjoyed our get away!
