The property is a 20/25 minute walk from Parma station, it’s in a great location for local amenities and the property inside is beautiful kept and very welcoming.
It’s very close to a church so you hear the bells ringing in the morning, it’s not too early at 8am but when you’re unexpectedly woken up after arriving from a late flight it’s a bit of a shocker.

Nous avons aimé la décoration de l'appartement et sa disposition, la cuisine équipée d'un lave-vaisselle. La rue est plutôt calme mais située proche d'un grand axe où passent les bus, notamment celui qui va à la gare, très pratique. Les points d'intérêt sont accessibles à pieds et constituent une promenade agréable. La propriétaire nous a envoyé toutes les instructions pour que notre arrivée se déroule bien. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.
La cafetière n'avait pas été nettoyée mais nous l'avons signalé (oubli) et les nombreux livres mis à disposition étaient un peu poussiéreux. La taille de la douche exigüe à laquelle on s'adapte (même pour un grand).
