Nestled in Naples, this charming condo for $159 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! + ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is found in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples. The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South. About the apartment: Have I mentioned the incredible apartment views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows? The photos you see were taken by an amateur (me) with only an iPhone-2 in hand and do not justly convey the picturesque grounds, which are frequented by amateur as well as renown artists who come here to paint the landscape. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment has lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment.. This unit is one flight up (Has an elevator). The resort's amenities: Heated pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball hoops, Racquetball, Cornhole (bean bag toss), Gym, Shuffleboard and parking are all included. Kids will enjoy the Fish, Turtles, Muscovy Ducks, Walking path around central lake. *** Kindly INQUIRE, prior to requesting a BOOKING. ***

One of the things that stood out to us was the friendliness of others at the community. While our 3 year old was swimming, someone showed us that there were toys in the pool area for anyone to use. The condo was very clean and organized and the owner was very good at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

The property and apartment were exactly as pictured and the apartment was adequately equipped The host and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The gardens and pool were lovely. The location is walking distance to many good restaurants and a super market. We would stay there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We found the location within 5-10 min walk of some great restaurants, a couple of independent coffee shops, a grocery, and some shopping. This will be where we return when heading to Naples (unless we score a place on the beach!).

This unit is an excellent 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with all appliances and a screened balcony. Very close to the resort's pool. The resort is 2 blocks from a main route to downtown, so easy access to local businesses and attractions.

Stayed with my wife, son and Sister in Law. Also met up with friends in Naples. Condo was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for beaches, shopping and restaurants (some very good and within walking distance). Hogfish Harry’s (on site) and Rosati’s (a block away) are both excellent! We will be back!

Our experience was just exactly right! The location was perfect with shopping within walking distance. The grounds are beautiful, relaxing and we had a great meal at the restaurant on the premises. Everything was spotless in the condo and Elliott is very attentive to any questions.

Our stay in Naples, Florida was booked for 9/28/2022 - 10/2/2022. Hurricane Ian came ashore in Naples on the day we were to arrive. Even though Southwest Airlines cancelled our flight - and every other flight into Fort Myers; even though a Category 4 hurricane hit Naples on the day of our expected arrival; even though power was lost throughout the area - and is still out pretty much everywhere - neither the owner nor VRBO thought the right thing to do was not charge for the room. Both Elliot and VRBO have shown, in my opinion, a complete lack of decency. When I called Elliot the day before our arrival he said, "Well, I'm getting reports the danger has subsided". Where did THOSE reports come from - Bizarro World? There is no possible way I would ever use VRBO or Elliot again. But you can absolutely believe we will be pursuing remedies under the concept of Force Majeure.

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location and overall property is beautiful with the pond, bridges and vegetation. Used BBQs one night and also went to happy hour at Hogfish Harry’s and it was amazing!

This property is centrally located to anything you could possibly need. Beaches are nearby as well. We loved sitting on the porch every evening and watching the ducks. It is a beautiful place. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Our host, Elliott, was thoughtful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We love spending time at Elliot's place at Park Shore. Great communication before, during , and after. We ended coming in late and the Park Shore was ready for us. Well stocked place. Very easy to get into vaction mode.

We loved this place. Pics are exactly true. Very clean. Perfect location to overlook the bridge and eat or have morning coffee. The restaurant over the bridge has good food. Centrally located to everything. Only few minutes to beach. Elliot is the best host. Responds quickly and cares about his guests as much as he does his property. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this unit before and it fits us just perfect and the kitchen/dining area allows us some family meals without going to a restaurant. The location is good because it is close to the pool and lobby and has beautiful views of the landscaped interior of the resort with ponds & fountains.

When you arrive at the Park Shore, it looks like a typical condominium complex with buildings on four sides. However, the inner courtyard is phenomenal. There is a moat surrounding an island and the entire area is surrounded by flora and fauna, It's stunning. The island host the swimming pool and grills to cook out. It also hosts a very popular and upscale restaurant: Hogfish Harry's. The place is very quiet except in the morning when the sounds of birds fill the air. In addition this is an incredibly convenient location not counting Hogfish, there are at least 7 restaurants within walking distance. In addition, Publix and Walgreen are basically a block away. We also walked to Clam Pass Beach (about a mile). Elliot, the host called the condo landline right as we entered the condo to welcome us which we thought was a nice touch. All and all we had a great time with beautiful weather in a great condo in a great location.
