About this condo rental
Located in East Nashville, this charming condo for $322 per night is a great option for your next trip. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $75 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Luggage Drop to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Hourly and nightly parking is available near the loft starting around $6/hour and $26 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information. LINENS & SUCH The property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and Savi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits. Overall this is a great property. Ideally located just a couple of blocks from the main strip. Great proximity for walking to Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone Arena. Clean, updated, wifi, and quiet. Overall we could have used more beds for 4 guys, but we chose this due to location and price. Worth the money!

A rental property is always my first choice weather in a city or rural location. The extra space and amenities are added value vs a hotel. I was thrilled to find this property as it ticked all of our boxes, location being the priority. Just two blocks up from bustling Broadway with it's clubs and restaurants. The loft was a nice, quiet place to return to after each day's exploring. We parked our car at the garage next door, but you really don't need a vehicle if you're roaming the downtown area. Just bring a few snacks and drinks, and get ready to see Nashville!

This place was perfect for my wife and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. 1.5 blocks from Broadway and next to Printers Alley. Nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Small store 2 minutes away for groceries and beverages. Highly recommend for two people!

Property was amazing.. so close to everything .. that was the perfect part of it.. even though we knew about roof project, it wasn’t supposed to go into the weekend.. it went every morning/day from Wednesday-Saturday. WiFi was iffy at best, lost connection on our phone and couldn’t get it to connect on TV. Would recommend different pillows (I know, it sounds like a nit pick, but made it difficult to sleep).
Again, place was cool and location was INCREDIBLE! Just a few minor things.

As pictured, no surprises. Very close. Ryman less than one block, mid Broadway 2 blocks, Bridgestone 3 blocks. Good security and we had normal city noise. Building itself was quiet. Admin was responsive. We'll be back and likely stay here again. Can't think of an reason to look further.

This was a great condo for our group of 3 girlfriends for our long weekend in Nashville. Very secure, clean, great communication from the property management. The location is really ideal! Printers Alley is very cool, an unexpected surprise for us. Just a couple blocks off Broadway, and walking distance to the Hall of Fame. Great spot!

If you have come to Nashville to spend time on Broadway, this is THE place. Check in and out were a breeze and communication with the property managers was great. All the amenities were excellent, but the key to this property is the location. Being two blocks from some of the best music on the planet makes this place a steal. Lots of restaurants in the capital area and another two blocks from the Cumberland River Greenway are two more great reasons to stay here. All in all a superb stay.

Great location and layout, however the bed sheets were cheap and dirty, including some old bloodstains on comforter (it had been washed and dried, many, many times I'd say). Pillows were old and uncomfortable, as was mattress.
Wine glasses in cupboard were dirty when we took them down.
Toilet is loose and bangs into wall when you sit down.
WiFi was unusable most of the day evening,
Living room dimmer switch over sofa does not work.
Layout is really cool, location is awesome, this place needs some TLC like a new mattress and better bedding, and a secure toilet. And the WiFI has to be upgraded. A better sofa would be a nice upgrade as well.

My group thoroughly enjoyed staying in this loft! It is so close to all the action on Broadway and an easy walk to most everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch!) and we loved having a full kitchen to eat breakfast in before we went out for the day. The bathroom set up was great - one person could be showering in a separate room while others were getting ready at the same time. So much more roomy than a hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived early and found a luggage storage place that was just a few blocks away which enabled us to start exploring Nashville prior to check-in time. Check-in was extremely easy and felt very safe with the door/elevator codes. Host was very quick to respond with any questions I had prior to arrival and did not need any assistance after arriving. A Starbucks nearby was an added bonus.

So if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs!
