Spacious living room with dining area. Two bedrooms, bathroom (tub + shower) and guest toilet. The ground floor has a small terrace. The apartment is located just a few minutes drive from Lake Constance. You can ride on newly developed bike paths to the nearest beach. Storage facilities for bicycles are available. Just around the corner you will find an ATM, bakery and grocery store so you can start the day with ease. The village of Bohlingen still has a lot of historical and half-timbered architecture and impresses with friendly, authentic people.

Barbara was lovely and went above and beyond. We came from the US to visit friends in the area and her place had everything we needed. She even had a pack and play! Very spacious with good light. Exactly what you need for an extended vacation with small children

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung

Wir haben die Räume und die kleine Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Kinder fanden die Sofalandschaft super, alle Räume hatten eine gute Große, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Objekt sieht auf den Photos super gepflegt aus, ist es aber bei weitem nicht. Grundreinigung wie der Fenster, Vorhänge, Dunstabzug, Duschvorhang und der Türen ist dringend notwendig. Terrasse ist ungepflegt und lädt nicht zum sitzen ein. Ohne Auto ist man hier völlig aufgeschmissen…

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett. Betten waren bezogen, Hand-, Dusch- und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist super. Leider liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße mit lautem Durchgangsverkehr (LKW). Auch die Nachbarn haben sich in den Abend- und Nachtstunden nicht gerade ruhig verhalten. Perfekt ist die Wohnung für denjenigen, der sich daran nicht stört.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Die Terrasse war etwas klein .Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden, aber für ein größeres Auto zu klein. Die Lage war super. In kürzester Zeit war alles zu erreichen . Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war schön und modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Allerdings ist das Haus etwas hellhörig und liegt direkt an der Dorf-Hauptstraße. Im Haus selbst wohnen zwei weitere Parteien und es leben drei Hunde im Haus. Für uns war das aufgrund einer Tierhaar-Allergie sehr herausfordernd. Wir hätten es gerne vorher gewusst.

Wir hatten ein paar wirklich nette Tage in der Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir mussten unsere Anreise leider um ein paar Tage verschieben und die Vermieterin ist sehr flexibel und überaus freundlich auf uns eingegangen. Vielen Dank hierfür!

The apartment is well as described, very clean and wide. Beds are large, and comfortable. The weather was perfect during our stay even if it was smoggy during mornings. We had the opportunity to meet Barbara who is very pleasant to share some topics and to obtain good addresses. We bought apples and pears and drank perfect coffees and tasty desserts in the shop inside the village. We recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos - modern, sauber, ruhig. Alles ist vorhanden, sodass man sich bestens selbst versorgen kann. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und darum bemüht, es Ihren Gästen recht zu machen. Gern kommen wir als Familie wieder. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung war gross und teilweise modern eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte nicht alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die meisten Wasserhähne waren verkalkt, daher nicht leicht beweglich und spritzten beim Öffnen. In der Küche stand der Rollladenkasten zum Teil offen und die Rolllade könnte nicht ganz heruntergelassen werden. Am Abend standen wir sowohl in der Küche als auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Präsentierteller weil es keine oder keine blickdichten Vorhänge gab. Im Übrigen ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Schöne FeWo in sehr schöner Region

Die FeWo ist relativ ruhig gelegen. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 50 Metern fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist im nächsten Dorf in rund 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Nur an dem Küchenequipment dürfte gern etwas nachgesteuert werden. Dieses ist doch recht zusammengewürfelt. Bohlingen ist ein guter Startpunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge, welche wir überwiegend per Rad durchführten. Bis zum Bodensee sind es etwa 4 Kilometer mit dem Rad. Für MTB'ler eignet sich die nahegelegenen Trails südlich vom Dorf sehr gut zum Austoben. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt es allerdings nur auf der kleinen Terrasse. Ansonsten hat die FeWo alles, was man für bis zu vier Personen benötigt und ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr geschmackvolle, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Nur 50 Meter zum nächstgelegenen Dorfladen, in dem man das Nötigste bekommen kann, Brötchen inklusive. Barbara war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und hat gerne Auskunft über die Umgebung und die Vielzahl an Freizeitaktivitäten gegeben. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Bodensee - gerne wieder!

Car park in front of house. Grocery at 50m and supermarket at 4kms in the next village. Barbara gave us good adresses for playpark for kids, restaurant or bars. We tried most of them and were very happy each time. Thanks again Barbara for this nice play to stay for holidays.
