Great location, spacious room, clean property.
There were no curtains, only paper blinds, so we got woken up by the light at 5:30am. You have to bring an eye mask to get a good night sleep.

Our stay was so exceptional that our only regret was not staying longer or having to enjoy a meal from the restaurant.

Room was clean and bigger than I expected. - They had a luggage lift for the second floor. - They had a mini guide book for onsens, facilities and some local attractions. - TV had netflix - AC in both rooms. - water filter next to shower - massive bath + nice ish shower
TV was not the greatest. Could sometimes count the pixels - shared shower and toilets was a little meh - connected restaurant was closed during the entire stay

Arima is quite small so everything is close, but the location is very nice, just a block away from the main shopping street with very peaceful views from a slightly elevated part of the town.
You have to go to a little shop first to check in and get your keys before heading to the actual house, but it was a pretty smooth process.
