The location was fine. It was minutes from town. We parked at Tochi 1 and we were able to get right out walk across to Parma Centro parking rates were reasonable. Your breakfasts were outstanding. There was not one item we did not enjoy. The yogurts and fruit, the bread and cheeses were very tasty. The perchuto one of the best. Thank you for making us fresh coffee and cappuccino . We particularly liked the decoration and antique furniture, the library and both bedrooms were very nice sized. Bathroom was spacious too.

Lovely peaceful oasis yet just a few minutes drive or taxi to old town. Ancient building full of character. Wonderful welcome from owners who live on site. Welcome Prosecco and crisps. Map and advice about Parma and places to eat. Secure parking. Best breakfast in Italy with homemade yoghurt, panna cotta, pancakes, pastries, jams, eggs, cheese, meat fruit and more. Even a gift of salt and herbs from garden as we left.

You do have to travel a short way ( or walk on busy road) to get evening meal.

An historic property converted into a welcoming space surrounded by its own gardens. Comfortable bed, air conditioned during the hot spells and delicious home produce breakfasts.
