Barbara and Olivier were fantastic hosts. But in truth as the apartment is self contained on their property we saw very little of them as they were very intent on giving us our privacy which we really appreciated. Their property is a gem which is within walking distance of central Bergerac which is a huge bonus as parking in the town centre can be difficult. The property is Architecturally designed and has beautiful modern features whilst still remaining hugely homely. Beautiful home with beautiful hosts. Highly recommend.

The location in a quiet lane and the secure parking were excellent. The apartment was spacious, new and tastefully designed. The property is set in a nice garden and very quiet. The hosts were excellent with useful local information.
The fridge and the electric jug could have been larger.

I don’t normally give reviews but felt I had to make an exception for this property. As others have said, it was spotlessly clean, supplied everything you need for a comfortable stay (and more!), and the owners were friendly and helpful. The weather was very hot during our stay so we used the air con most nights and found it very efficient and quiet. There is a free bus to and from Bergerac which you can wave down from the end of the drive. Thank you Barbara and Olivier.
I got quite a few insects bites while sitting in the rear courtyard area so don’t forget to pack a mozzie spray.
