Beach access, beach Chairs, Paddle boards, and fat tire bikes included. Full Kitchen. Locally roasted gourmet whole bean coffee, Coffee pot, French press and electric kettle even a crock pot. Basics like salt, pepper, olive oil provided as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher packs, an iron/ironing board, salon quality shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Washer and dryer. Covered deck with a view. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Wifi included and a parking space. I also broker tours. Ask me about adventure planning as I have a lot of knowledge in the area. Whether it’s just a simple hike and you want to know what trails to do or if you want to go on a helicopter and tour/ land on the glaciers, or go whale watching (100%guaranteed to see whales or your money back) Dogsledding, kayaking, etc. Free Mt Roberts Tram Passes with your excursion bookings. If you can find a tour online in Juneau, I can book it. Winter Guests- you are just 15 minutes drive from Eaglecrest ski area. The place is well stocked with almost anything we could want. Dallas replies very quickly to any communication, and offered to restock supplies during our 2 week stay. The bed is comfortable and doesn't transmit movement (I couldn't tell when my husband rolled over, or got up). Temp control is easy and was appreciated.

Dallas was helpful and accommodating when we made a mistake about the days on our end. The location was a bit far from town but we made it work. Dallas's property was in tiptop shape, clean, and comfortable. We did not realize it was a mobile home. The extra amenities were appreciated!

Dallas has done a terrific job with this rental. We own a vacation rental ourselves, and I picked up a few ideas. The attention to detail is what makes this a standout. The TV’s and internet were very easy to operate. The home was warm and dry. We appreciated the coffee station with tea and an electric kettle. The home was very well equipped and we weren’t missing anything during our two night stay. We hope to be able to stay longer next time, so we have time to play the provided board games and ride bikes. We arrived after dark, and Dallas was thoughtful enough to turn on all of the lights and open the blinds, so we could clearly find the right spot. Dallas is a great communicator and was very responsive to all of my questions during our stay. The location is close enough to enjoy downtown Juneau, and the views are great. Highly recommend!

The area was a trailer park which was unexpected, but this trailer was really nice, clean, fully stocked with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. The owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice views of the mountains, right on the water, 15 minutes from the Eaglecrest Ski Area. The trailer is super clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities and comfy bed. We liked the open layout of the kitchen and living room. The only hiccup we had was the lock key pad glitched, and it took a little while to get back in. But we did and everything was ok. Might have been the batteries. Great place to stay.

Property is conveniently located a short distance from downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. Mountain bikes available makes getting around very easy. Nice place. I’d stay here again.

This was a clean, convenient, and quiet property with a comfortable bed. Place says it has three beds - two are pullouts and you have to get creative with arranging both pullout beds since there isn't space to have them both open at once.

The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I especially loved that the kitchen had some spices and cooking oils. Also having a dish washer and laundry machines was super convenient. Communication with Dallas was very prompt with accurate info. Plus he organized some tours for us, which was a bonus.

We needed a two-night stay on short notice. Thia on a local celebration with no rooms available and if they were the prices would have been very high. Thr house was small but made good use of the space. We especially liked the french press and tghe whole bean coffee and grinder. We would highly recommend this for an extended stay.

Lovely remodeled trailer! Really enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the bicycles, highly recommend for biking into downtown or down to the Island Pub. Black out shades were a life saver. Dallas was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would stay here again!

Dallas has set up a lovely place here on Douglas Island. Every amenity has been thought of! It is one of the cleanest and most efficiently equipped places we have stayed at, and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in town! It is a short distance to downtown and in nice weather you can even ride the bikes provided to get there. Solid and lovely stay! Thanks Dallas!

This place was a great find: good location, great amenities, super clean and well-outfitted. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies and there are lots of considerate touches such as nice coffee beans, a French press, plenty of shampoo, conditioner & soap, games, bikes, etc. There's a lovely view from the porch and the neighborhood is extremely quiet with friendly neighbors. Dallas is a great host who responds to any communication promptly and is very helpful with suggesting & arranging sightseeing opportunities. Many thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

We highly recommend a stay at this property. Dallas maintains a lovely space that has everything you need and it is clean and quiet as can be. Very conveniently located, as well. We had a rental car but you could certainly bike or jog into downtown Juneau (the bikes are a nice touch, as well). Oh, and the fact that multiple pillow options were available was extra nice. Very comfy - we loved it and hope to be back.
