There is no issue with the Hotel. But Booking.com cheated and it collected almost 40% higher than the actual room tariff. Also you can't reach customer care. No one will respond you. The Mails are going some UK based booking.com website. Booking.com dont have any customer care number to reach.

Staff and their response. Location and the pleasant atmosphere they are maintaining. Some people don't deserve this.
Everything was good except the people sitting outside the bench beside room and kept shouting and playing music in the phone during night . That should be taken care by the staff. Their tv volume was also high with door open. That should be part of the rules, that they should not do this. Then the comfort could have been better. We can't complain everything ourself. Thanks.
