The aircon was amazing in our in the one bedroom “Maria” flat roof unit during the severe summer heat. (Note: The guest who had the only “trullo” were upset there was no AC and no mosquito nets on the windows.)
Everything new and clean. Good quality bedding and a full sized fridge. Pool was ok (but so many mosquitoes).
1. I feel scammed because of misleading photos that you will stay at a trullo. ALL the outdoor building photos in the listing omit the fact that all, except one unit have a flat roof. Ours, “Maria” was flat - a dealbreaker, but all was pre-paid. The entire point of the stay was to be in a Trullo, and my child was devastated. There should be a photo of the flat building facades for the one bedroom apartments in the booking.com listing to show that it is not a trullo.
2. Wifi AND 3G/4G/5G was non existent indoors and cell data signal coverage very poor outside (even with TWO native Italian sim cards in my phone). For starters there was no QR code or password anywhere. When I asked for the wifi password, they directed me to the online the online manual that I couldn’t access with a hairline of cell Data signal !!. Finally the online instructions say that you have to be “outdoors” to connect to wifi, but once you walk indoors it disconnects immediately. Even if you put the router/extender by the window. I don’t mind terrible wifi, but if there is no cell data signal, you are blocked from planning the next day and isolated from the world. If you go outside for weak wifi, you will be bitten alive by mosquitoes.
3. Annoying pressure to arrive at a pre-arranged time. A weeks of garbage outside gate taking up 1 of 4 parking spaces.
4. Bathroom and kitchen faucet/sink design flawed… it splashes all over you, no matter what. Missing vanity light in bathroom for makeup.

It's a nice little property with a couple of apartments.
The apartment is nice and you can cook a simple meal if you want. The bed was good and comfortable.
There is a nice little swimming pool what can be relaxing after a day of sightseeing.. I only saw someone at the check-in so it's not very personal
The driveway to the property is high and sharp... So you got to have some driving skills.
You need a car if you stay there

Det var mycket myror som även tog sig in i huset, en fick flisor på låren av utomhusmöblerna och vi saknade belysning vid sängbord/läslampa.

Being clean, New. Comfortable inside. Good Looking but not user friendly
Lack of Microwave, Cloths washing machine, No sharp knife, chiped plates. old fry pan and sauce pan. No oven.
Not set up for long stays 3 or more days or for young children stay. Lack of heavy blackets, no welcome pack, eg milk, maps of town as the closest shop 1.5km away. Details of street market days.
No good information about local shops location and transport.
Hard for taxi to find location. needs better details eg. map required.
No fly wire screens on bathroom windows.
the need for more shade to pool area and out side areas.
Better lighting to kitchen area.
Hard to get good info from managing agent. Slow to repone or nil reply.
