Decent place just billing issue

It was a nice hotel close to airport.

It was booked on booking.com and charged but at hotel they told me I had to put card for incidentals but ended up charging me for the room again. Double billed me. Bit of hassle to get one reversed.

Superb

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's an airport hotel, but it doesn't feel like it. Modern décor, comfortable rooms, and yet only about five minutes to the airport.

No free breakfast.

Simple clean and comfortable

Near austin airport. Shuttle service. Nice rooms and very clean. beds comfortable and shower amazing and air conditioner was cool and comfortable.

Great place to stay, even at the last minute.

Everything was perfect, save that the complimentary water bottle had been opened and drunk from. Apparently, the maid didn’t notice it. It wasn’t a big deal. I just went downstairs and asked for another one. Also, I’d prefer wrapped plastic glasses in the room rather than unwrapped, unsealed real glass ones. While I’m not saying it happens at the Aloft, I remember my days in the hotel industry when the maids would often just empty out the glasses and wipe them off before returning them to service.

Comfortable with good desk staff and inconsiderate cleaning staff.

Steve the front desk guy wad great! And I like how comfortable the beds are.

Even though I had a do no disturb sign on my door, the cleaning staff was loudly laughing and talking in front of my room. I have a feeling that it was because management couldn't see them because I my room (344) was in a small corridor that bends to the right from the elevators. So much for trying to sleep past 8!

I love the design had an industrial feel.

the beds are just sitting on a platform and move around easily.

Overall a great stay. We would recommend.

The location was in driving distance to the places we wanted to visit and close to the airport and offered shuttle service. The staff was nice and the property was clean and safe.

Aside from the Lyft it was good.

I was stranded at the airport bc the night staff said they don’t provide a complimentary Lyft (I was told this when I booked the hotel)

We were glad to be there after a long day of travel delays

Room was spacious and very nice. Breakfast was very good

We were in room 413 and there was a constant noise in the room all night from the heating system I assume. Not the unit in our room. Somewhere on the roof or in the hallway.

Good Hotel to stay at before an early flight.

We had a very early morning flight, so we didn't have breakfast, but we did have dinner at the bar and the bartender was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. I did check in online and that made the check-in process very easy as well. The front desk staff during the whole stay was very friendly too. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle was quick to the airport, which we appreciated.

We had some problems getting the A/C to cool the room down, but I think that was operator error. The A/C worked, we just couldn't figure out what was the best temperature for us.

Nice hotel, nice location, easy access to interstate, shops, restaurants and fuel.

ALoft is a consistent prodect - Ive stayed at this brand before (not this property). It was as I expected. Good, decent value. Location was fine, cleanliness was exceptional. The bartenders were great - and fun.

Microwave in the room would have been nice. While the staff advised we could use the microwave in the lobby, it's not nearly as convenient as having one available in the room. The staff was professional and respectful. But not terribly friendly or welcoming.

Overly priced stay with poorly insulated rooms.

That we had a roof over our shoulder.

If the rooms had bath tubs, and if the rooms were better insulated. We were awaken by 7am by the sound of vacuums and doors opening and closing. The air conditioner in the room was either really hot or extremely cold. I was under the impression you had a restaurant/food. No bath robes were provided either, and the bed linens smelled awful.

The airport pick up shuttle does not have hotel name on it. Do we missed it first time. How does the hotel expect that clients to recognise this is the correct shuttle!!!

Very nice. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our club sandwiches and then our breakfast the next morning. We found the property very modern and appealing. The staff seemed very happy. All smiling. Very pleasant.

We were on the ground floor and there was a lot of road noise, especially for a Saturday morning. Otherwise everything was very comfortable. The bar hours are very short. We got back from our engagement at around 11:15 and it was already closed. It might have been nice to wind down with a nightcap.

I would probably not stay here again.

the pool, the bathroom , the bed was comfortable but the mattress slides and bumped into the corners quite often . Liked the complimentary water and the fridge in room and the coffee.

there was not a dish for the bar soap, didn’t leave enough towels the small ones. No food available. The bar area only open for a couple of hours. You couldn’t safely walk to any place to get food. The safe in the room was locked and no maintenance people to open because they had already gone home.

The decoration was nice

We got room 307 as we walk into the room it was hot and it smelled like feet. The A/C couldn’t reach to the bathroom so it was hot getting ready. Never staying here again
