Stunning views, I really cannot state this enough, it was the most idyllic, beautiful location.
The Property management company are an absolute nightmare to communicate with. We stayed in August during very warm temperatures, a family of four across two rooms and only one fan was provided. We contacted the company several times and they didn’t have the decency to respond. It made for a very uncomfortable stay in very warm temperatures and was unbearable at night with young children.
A Washing machine was shown in pictures and in their instructions in a separate room and yet, despite having access to this room and despite looking throughout the kitchen for said key (as per the instructions), none had been provided. We had to then pay for our own laundry as again, the company didn’t respond to emails. Very frustrating and an entirely unnecessary cost.
Furthermore, the beds are awful, the double bed in the main room has original slats on one side and Ikea slats on the other side which meant that one side of the bed was higher than the other and whenever you moved on the higher side, it creaked loudly throughout the night.
Shared all of this feedback with the property management company and they haven’t bothered to respond to any emails. Very much on brand for them.
