Close to both the Yacht Club and the shops. Once we had settled in, we found all the appliance to be working well (hot water, shower, fridge, microwave, hob). In the evening, you could sit in the sun either on the small balcony or inside. It served us very well.
First impressions were that it was scruffy and dated. The stairs to the mezzanine were very steep and there was barely enough room for a double bed there. We actually used the sofa downstairs as a bed too.

Emplacement idéal tout près de la plage, proche mais suffisamment loin des commerces pour ne pas en avoir le bruit.
Logement à la propreté douteuse : nous avons même retrouvé un slip et un T-shirt des précédents occupants !
Les murs sont auréolés et grisâtres (moisissure ? odeur persistante suspecte) et n'ont pas vu un rouleau de peinture depuis très longtemps…
Le confort est très limité (chaise à laquelle il manque une vis --> bancale, escalier très raide et marches très étroites non signalé dans l'annonce --> ayant des problèmes de dos je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser et j'ai dû abandonner le lit conjugal pour dormir en bas, matelas du bas très fin et très mou --> on compte toutes les lattes avec nos os ! ...)
