The reception personal was good. Elky was the the best!. The cleaning personal Delfina and Elsy did everything shiny.
And the guy, Geovanni, did clean the pool realy well. scale 1-10: it is 10.
The frige, and the frezzer, should be bigger ones too.

Great location in a very quiet and safe area. The staff was very helpful and friendly specially Carlos.

I loved the hostel kitties! Pool was excellent, staff was really nice. Was just a couple steps from a huge grocery store which was awesome. Room was comfortable.
Water didn't work the second night I was there so I couldn't shower in the room. Booked a taxi for early in the morning but the staff didn't communicate with each other, so there was no taxi coming for me. The morning desk person was able to get me a taxi promptly though.

Located in a nice area, only a 20 minute walk into town and Getsemani. The pool was nice to cool down in but wasn’t that clean. The staff were really nice. When the air con was on, it was really good.
The hostel wasn’t the cleanest, the kitchen fridge needed to be deep cleaned. Lots of food had been left in there gathering mould. We stayed for 4 nights and the same towel for drying dishes was there, dirty and stained. Our bathroom smelled strongly of urine the 4 days we were there, the bath mat wasn’t changed.
The water kept going off and wasn’t always available due to a wide spread issue along the Caribbean coast with water supply (happens in all hotels and hostels apparently, even Hyatt).
