Stunning property and artworks. Grand faded glory. Great location. Hard pillows, difficult lock to front door and apartment door.

This bright welcoming space is the perfect place to start and end each day of travel in Buenos Aires. As a family of five traveling this space was a home away from home we loved every minute we got to spend there.

We had 5 adults in the apartment and it was quite comfortable with plenty of room to lounge and relax. It's a gorgeous apartment with an amazing view. Perfectly located around fantastic restaurants and the subway is right below the apartment. Nicolas was available whenever I needed to communicate with him and met us at the apartment to answer all of our questions. He told us about the street market on Sundays (which is walking distance and you MUST go if you are there on a Sunday). I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you, Nicolas for sharing it with us!

Wow! My wife and I just returned from a three week stay in Buenos Aires. We had a few guests join us for part of our wonderful time in Nicholas and Raphael’s extraordinary apartment. This is our collective report: Being “norteamericanos” who don’t often see living spaces with such high windows and ceilings is impressive enough, but to spend time in this exquisitely designed apartment made our stay magical. Nicholas and Raphael, both professional designers with obvious sensitivity to colors, textures, and proportions, gave us plenty to ponder as we lived in their apartment. My wife, an artist, and I, a retired truck-driver and art-looker, were unified in our appreciation of every detail. (Some of the art might rub uncomfortably against a Puritan aesthetic. It is not hotel art; it is a collaborative rendering by two great designers.) The classic, bohemian furnishings were comfortable enough, with form and texture the first priority. We were careful to show appropriate regard for a few pieces that would be better placed away from food and beverage spills or renters with young children. There are a few stairs in the apartment that might be a concern for children or older people. ( We were grateful for the handrails). The apartment was well-supplied for all practical purposes. The kitchen is well-stocked however little used because within a few blocks of the apartment is plenty of great and affordable food. (Our damage deposit was fully refunded despite the shamelessly heavy usage of the apartment’s corkscrew.) We loved the location! There certainly are more “trendy” (and pricey) areas in town, but they are easy enough to visit. The taxis are plentiful and for a few dollars you can get wherever you want to go. Or, for a small fraction of a dollar one can use the metro to get close enough to most central places. The metro stop is a few steps from the front door of the apartment. During the busy hours it can be congested, but it is clean, safe, reliable, and we found the riders courteous. Nicholas and Raphael, our only regret is that we had too brief of a visit with you at dinner and helado. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful apartment!
