Πολυτελής βίλα πισίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με τρία υπνοδωμάτια Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία σε έναν ήσυχο δρόμο, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα και διαθέτει πολυτελές σαλόνι με φανταστική θέα στον κόλπο του Πόρτο Ράφτη και της Εύβοιας. Μόνο 350μ από την παραλία !!!15χλμ από το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος, 14χλμ από το σταθμό του μετρό, 40χλμ από την Αθήνα και 50χλμ από το λιμάνι του Πειραιά και 40χλμ από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Πόρτο Ράφτη και κοντά στις παραλίες Αγία Μαρίνα, Αυλάκι, Άγιος Σπυρίδωνας και λιμάνι. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ, ελληνικά εστιατόρια, καλοκαιρινό σινεμά, καταστήματα και παντοπωλεία.
Ήσυχη γειτονιά γενικά.
Σε απόσταση 400μ. Από τη βίλα υπάρχει στάση δημόσιου λεωφορείου.
Είναι μια πολύ όμορφη και λειτουργική βίλα για όλες τις περιπτώσεις, για οικογένειες, φίλους και μήνα του μέλιτος.
Θα είμαι εκεί για οτιδήποτε χρειάζεστε για να εξυπηρετήσετε !!!!!

The villa is as advertised. The views were unreal. The place was spotless and had everything we need to cook meals. The property manager was an absolute dream to work with.

The property manager, Efi, was in full contact from the start till the end of our stay. She suggested restaurants which were excellent. The town was beautiful. The view from the secons story deck is breathtaking. The house is nice, clean, and stocked with all the things you would need to cook with

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Efi was wonderful about communicating with us, and she also personally took us to the beach and grocery store . Relaxing in this contemporary home and enjoying the beautiful view was a highlight of our trip.
If you stay here, which I highly recommend, having your own car would be helpful because it was difficult at times obtaining a taxi. We had to ask for Efi’s help with this at times.

Net huis. We wisten niet dat het huis niet alleen voor verhuur was en dat er ook gewoond wordt. Je moet daar van houden. De terrassen liggen niet echt op de zon. In het najaar is dat jammer. Midden tussen twee dorpjes gelegen maar ook op loopafstand van restaurants.
De honden van de buren zijn wel vervelend. Je went er aan maar fijn is het niet.
6 persoons is wel 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Ik zou er niet met 4 volwassenen willen zijn.
