Located in Canyon Lake, this charming house for $707 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. RIVER HOME 1/4 mile North of the 2nd crossing. Just a few minutes from antiques and shopping in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. We are located on River Road between the second and third crossings. From this 1/2 acre property enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 101 feet of private DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out of the back door (only for use by renters of this home)! Tube rental and shuttle service is provided just 100 yards away at Son's Guadalupe and a little further at the Loan Star Float House. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be returned to the property. This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy live music, shopping and restaurants, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater, Koozies, River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall. If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels. Constructed in 2018 this luxurious home is 4BR/3Bath. Has an open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities. Property has lots of space and is a beautiful location to spend time. Plenty of room for a large group and amenities to match. Host is good at communicating and check in/out was smooth.

Property was fantastic. We are still not clear though, why we were charged the cleaning fees and still were asked to clean dishes, ash, etc. Also neighboring property had good lighting and swings in the backyard, wish this property had it.

This rental is at a beautiful location with great river access. Plenty of space for 8 adults. All of the rooms were open and big, did not feel small at all and the A/C worked great. The kitchen and laundry room were fully stocked. Just needed to buy charcoal for the grill as there was not enough/we didn’t bring any and we didn’t know there was an air compressor in the laundry room as we brought our own to fill our tubes. Even though the water was low, we still had a great time. The second day on the River we bought paddles which helped a lot. I recommend visiting Gruene, Texas (just a 16 minute drive), they have great food and cute stores to shop and look around. Also check out “Natural Bridge Caverns” (just a 28 minute drive), they have a safari/dinosaur park you can drive thru and the caverns are beautiful. If you are looking to get away from the city and not be in the summer rush this is the perfect time to go after Labor Day. I recommend this rental to anyone and would rent again in the future.

This gorgeous house was absolutely everything we could’ve asked for. It was perfect for a group which range from adults down to babies. The river access was second to none in the house had all the amenities we needed. The owner was super responsive and we were perfectly located on River Road close to the river action, but in a quiet residential area. We will definitely return.

Perfect for our family, 6 adults and 7 children. Everyone had a great time. The kids could walk right into the river and fish every morning. No whooper were caught but still lots of fun. Then tubing every afternoon. Cookouts at night. Just right for us!

The house & location was fantastic! The house was beautiful & the big windows a huge plus! It was the perfect fit to have my little family all under 1 roof to celebrate my son’s graduation from TX STATE! The river was a great hang out for everyone to sit in their lawn chairs / tubes & enjoy the cool waters. While some played corn hole on the lawn & others Jenga at the top deck 🎉 So much room for outdoor activities! I really loved how the owner incorporated the cement slab / steps at the riverfront, it was safe getting into the river & not worrying about not having visuals on uninvited critters… As others properties next to us - didn’t have that luxury. The is MUST BOOK property! Thank you for the great stay! Can’t wait to book again 😊

This house is so beautiful, inside and out. The view was incredible, the kids loved the big open back yard on the riverfront. They hardly even looked at their electronics for three days. The house was very well stocked. We cooked many big meals and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (the only things we couldn’t find was a potato peeler and masher). Really enjoyed coffee on the big beautiful deck every morning with the incredible view. The common areas were so big and open, there was plenty of space and seating for all 14 of us. Big kitchen table was nice for playing games with a big group. There was lots of parking out front, we were able to fit 6 large cars. The fire pit out back was nice, and the “charcoal grill” is also a smoker that we put to good use. Loved the over sized trash can in the kitchen and the dumpster out front that made clean up for a large group a breeze. The house is well cared for and was very clean. Even the neighbors were nice. And there was an air compressor to blow up our tubes. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was fantastic! The home has a perfect location and is beautiful, modern, clean and well appointed. It is close to fun hill country activities. We traveled from Colorado and met family from San Antonio for the weekend. It was perfect for our family weekend!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our group. We loved cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the porch and in the water. Everything is so close, we floated the river and also went to downtown Gruene (both are within 15 minutes from the house) The only thing I would add is we wished the house supplied towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. We will definitely be back and loved our stay! 😊

We are NB locals and wanted a little getaway to celebrate my son’s graduation. The house and property were perfect! Beautiful, clean home, all the amenities you would need and perfect location on the river! We hope to stay here again! The only glitch was the site shows check out was 11:00 am but owner told us 10:00. Otherwise it was great!!!

We were blown away by this property the moment we walked into the home. The location on River Road is prime……close to area attractions, yet far enough away for privacy and peacefulness. Home was well-stocked for all your cooking needs, but don’t forget your lake and bathroom towels. Also suggest you bring your own river tubes, as the nearby Son’s tube outfitter does not operate Monday-Thursday. This house was just what we wished for and more!
