Situated in Princeville, this charming condo for $399 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Luxury House of Aloha Condo, Elegant Style at Affordable Price! We want to welcome you to our House of Aloha and to become part of our Ohana (family). We have put together this house for you to enjoy while you're spending time on Kauai. We want you to feel at home and feel free to enjoy and use anything at our House of Aloha. We have snorkel gear, beach towels, ice chest and games for you to use and enjoy just as if you are part of our ohana. If there is something that you can think of that would make your next trip to our House of Aloha even better, let us know and we will see if we can't accommodate you and your ohana. The house will sleep 10 people comfortably, our beautiful 4 bedroom condo is 1872 square feet. We have air conditioning at no additional charge. We also have ceiling fans throughout the condo. We have high speed Internet. Cleaning: Our unit is sterilized between every guests. We use ozone generators and above and beyond all Covid cleaning protocols. Front Room: The Front room has a love seat and a sofa that folds out to a Queen Size bed. There is a coffee table that will expand and double in size to accommodate those that would like to enjoy intimate style of dining. There is a 75" LCD Flat Panel Television with digital cable and movie channels. Off the front room is a large covered lanai with great views of the Makai golf course and waterfalls on the mountains in the distance. The entire down stairs has coconut wood flooring. Dining Room: The Dining room has a beautiful wood table that will seat 10 people and a buffet filled with games. Gourmet Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drawer dishwasher, 3 sinks, beverage center with wine racks and a large array of appliances, pots and pans, dishes. The kitchen provides plenty of room with a large island with 2 bar stools. Full granite counter tops and back splash. Master Bedroom Suite: The master bedroom suite has a Cal-King bed. There is a 65" LCD Flat Panel Television with digital cable, a large walk in closet. The suite also features a chaise with reading lamp in the retreat area. You have your own lanai with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the golf course and mountains in the distance. The master bathroom has a large over size tub and a separate shower, and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a Queen bed, a 50" LCD Flat Panel Television with cable, and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a Queen bed, a 40" LCD Flat Panel Television with DVD player. There is also a lanai with table and chairs. Bedroom 4: This room is great for kids. There is a Twin Size Day bed with a Twin Size Trundle that will make into a King bed. There is also a 24" LCD Flat Panel Television. There is a door on this room to give you plenty of privacy. Laundry Room: There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor for you convenience with extra large capacity washer and extra large capacity dryer. Garage: In the 2 car garage is a rack with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys, water shoes, ice chest and towels for your use while staying with us at ''House of Aloha''. We also have a pack-an-play for your use if needed. Direct access into the condo from the garage, garage door opener for your use. Pool and Spa: In the complex is a beautiful waterfall pool and spa. There are BBQ's and rest rooms and a hale for your enjoyment. There is a shower so that you can rinse off before and after your dip in the pool. We overlook the lakes on the Makai Golf Course and we face Ka Haku Road, which is the main road in Princeville. Just bring your clothes, food and Ohana and enjoy our little piece of Paradise here at ''House of Aloha''. Fresh linens on all beds. We are right in the middle of Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. 5 Minutes to the West is the town of Hanalei with great beaches to boogie board. TAT/GET-087-757-6192-01

The condo was as described. The area is clean and beautiful. The home was well equipped for a toddler and adults. Commination was outstanding. We had no problems at all. It's fun to have a pool, hot tub and outdoor grill nearby. Golf and Frisbee golf are a short walk away. Groceries are a short drive. We had plenty of towels for beach too.

This property has everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy the beach while in Kauai. The condo is spacious with three separate lanai’s. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The beds are comfortable and we had all the closet space we needed. I definitely recommend this condo, five stars!

The condo is beautiful with a pool and hot tub. The house accommodates 10 people perfectly, it's clean and organized, equipped with all kitchen utensils, beach towels, and extra linens. A great bonus is the availability of beach accessories like chairs, surfboards, swim goggles, and umbrellas. Shirley is incredibly attentive and always available. In summary, an excellent choice!! Came for a week with our kids and this house surpassed all our expectations. There was everything you need for the beach and then some. We didn't have to rent snorkel equipment for our kids and there were beach shoes in so many sizes. Inside we loved sitting at the table playing cards:) the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in or grill at the BBQ area. The beds and bathrooms were great and the floor plan upstairs with the three bedrooms on one side and the master on the other worked great for our family. I loved all the lanais, We plan to stay again for sure. Mahalo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking breakfasts and dinners. We loved having access to all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear in the garage. There were 5 adults and 4 kids in our group and the house was very spacious in regards to the common area and sleeping space. We would most certainly stay here again!

Property was as described. Unfortunately the Air Con wasn’t working. The Owner jumped onto this and also offered reduction in nightly rate.
Property was clean except for stained sheet on one of the beds. This was highlighted to Owner more for their reference. We then were threatened with being charged if we did not sent photos. (Which we had already done).
We were then told we had made a big issue of it because we didn’t bother to swap them.
Other than these minor communication challenges we were more than happy with the property.

This is a nice place if you are looking to stay on the north shore. There were 7 is our group and more than enough room for us. They have a lot of beach stuff you can use which is really nice.

Super stocked and in a great location plus it sleeps 9, which we needed for our two families! It probably would not sleep nine adults comfortably but if you have kids it is a great fit. Two-car garage. All bedrooms are upstairs so there are great gathering spaces downstairs. The A/C is a lifesaver. Incredible amount of beach stuff - boogie boards, tons of snorkels and masks, beach chairs, toys, coolers, hose to wash off sand outside. I would recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely great house and incredible location, just perfect.

This property was great! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed it. It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. It has everything you need for the beach. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, snorkeling and water shoes. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here in Princeville. The gear was a huge plus as there was enough snorkel gear for all of us as well as a few boogie boards and surfboards. Very spacious, everything was clean and nice. Overall this worked perfect for us!

This is a great place for large families up to 10 people to stay. Nihalani is a neat development, with beautiful golf course views and great walks just outside the condo. The host's communication was excellent and she provided everything we could have asked for and then some!

This condo has everything you could ever need to go to the beach. For children and adults, Chairs, water shoes, snorkels and masks, surf boards, beach toys for young children, and boards for water surfing. Don't bring something you don't need this place has everything. And the condo is equipped for everything.

First the house was very nice and comfortable. We appreciated all the beach supplies and the kitchen was well stocked. There are a few things that are not disclosed until you book. You have to park your cars in the two car garage. There is NO additional parking. If you park in the outside parking lots you will be threatened with $100 fee per day. The two car garage is very awkward and difficult to fit two cars in. You can barely move around. You can’t turn the air conditioner lower than 77 degrees or you will be fined $50 a day. She also has sensors on windows and doors so she knows when they are open. She apparently has a rule that says no food and beverages upstairs but told me this after when the cleaners found a small juice stain on one of the loungers. I got charged an extra $100 for watermarks that the cleaners couldn’t get out of the tan microfiber bar stools, she sent me pictures because I saw non of these stains while there, the stain mark was in the shape of a kid who sat with wet swim trunks. I would have no problem with that charge it was the harassment after we left from the owner that caused me and my family so much anxiety. For almost a week after we left she kept asking so many questions about how we used her place. I felt very harassed by her and it has caused me a lot of anxiety because we did our best to respect her place and keep it as clean as we could but a few small things were missed and she made us feel like we were horrible. The way she responds to negative reviews is the way she will treat you after you leave unless the house is absolutely pristine. So this house is wonderful as long as you only have one car, don’t mind being a little warm and bring no children that will use the furniture.

Property is very spacious and more than accommodated the group. Would have been nice to be able to turn the AC down lower (Strict AC settings set by owner) as it does get quit hot upstairs, but fans are provided in each room. Check in and out was easy but overall- communication could be improved.

Truly a home away from home
Shirley’s place was perfect for our two families of four. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of amenities/equipment (wet shoes, snorkeling gear, beach towels/chairs). I couldn’t have asked for a better way to be introduced to the island of Kauai. Mahalo!

Amazing!!
The place was perfect for our 8 days in Kauai. It accommodated 11 of us and had plenty of space. All we needed was food as the condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning walks to Hideaway Beach, Sea lodge Beach and Queens bath which were all amazing and super close. We also enjoyed the pool which was very relaxing. The fridge went out our first night there but they went out as soon as we contacted them and got a replacement within a few hours. Thank you for the chocolates and coffee, Shirley!!! Hoping to be back soon.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. It had everything a guest could possibly need and then some. We would definitely stay again!! Paradise in Princeville
A great house in a great neighborhood with lots of amenities. The property offers everything you need for a day at the beach or hike through the jungle. The property is well maintained and the furnishings are up to date. Overall a great property and would definitely recommend it. We only had 2 minor issues we had were the garage code did not work upon check-in, no big deal since we accessed the home via the lock box at the front door and then used the garage door opener. The other minor issue was the shower plumbing in the primary suite is backwards. Again no big deal once we understood this nuance. These minor issues did not take away from our overall experience. (Loved the hose by the garage to clean things after a day having fun 🤩)
