We were in town visiting family for Christmas & so happy we chose this property! Lois was easy to communicate with & responded immediately to any inquiries I had. She even had a Christmas tree & decorations set up in the house for us which made us feel even more at home. The house is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, pots / pans and any other items you might need to cook up your favorite meal while there. The bedrooms were super comfortable & all the bedding & towels were of good quality & nice & soft and comfy! The area is busy & close to all the shopping you might need as well as restaurants yet the neighborhood is tucked just off of the busy roads so still remains quiet. Everything was perfect & Lois went the extra mile to let me know I’d left a few items behind and mailed them to me! A plus! Thanks again Lois :)

I had a fantastic stay! The house lived up to the pictures – spacious, cozy, and well-furnished. It was clean and the proximity to downtown made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommend!

We definitely got a chance to enjoy the home. I had brought my grandchildren for a concert that we had planned for months. Unfortunately one of them got a bug and we were unable to attend the concert. We stayed in the house most of the whole trip. It was such a great place to stay. So clean, and so much thought put into everything. From the utensils to the plugs that had USB adapters. There were games and books for the kids which were so appreciated. I can't say enough about this spot! A convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Our host was so communitive and I think she was as disappointed as we were about us missing the event we had came for. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in town!

The house was spotless and very comfortable. There was a small Christmas tree and a perfect amount of small Christmas ornemnets in the living room. If I could, I would have stayed there all the way to the end of the holidays. Great touch by the home owners!! Definitely felt like a home a way from home!

We chose this house for it's location. It was close to where we would be attending a wedding. We stayed with our two adult children and their spouses. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and make ourselves at home. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had all the comforts of home. There was both a Keurig and a drop coffee maker and coffee was supplied which was nice. The house was very clean. There was enough off street parking for 3 cars if we parked one in the garage. The owner's communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if I ever return to the area!

We spent a few days in Greenville for a sister trip. The house was wonderful! It was wonderfully clean and conveniently located. There beds were very comfortable with amazing linens. Plentiful towels were appreciated.

Let me just start by saying the host is fabulous. Very pleasant and quick to respond any time I had a question. The house is super cute, super clean and conveniently located. They even had Fall decor out, which I thought was such a nice extra touch! The kitchen and living are open with plenty of seating to accommodate family and friends all together. Just know, there are no TV's in any of the bedrooms and no ceiling fan in the master. Overall highly recommend!!

My 3 year old grandson is a Shriner's kid and had to have his 2nd surgery on his feet. We came early and spend a day at the zoo. The house was less than 20 minutes from the hospital and was exactly like the pictures! Everything was perfect and Ms. Lois was a wonderful hostess!! She answered all my questions very quickly and had everything we needed except groceries of course. We will definitely consider staying here on our future trips to South Carolina!!

Our stay was lovely! The open floor plan, tranquil decor, great location, and attention to detail made this home the perfect place for our family to stay. The back porch was my favorite spot for morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet, but lively. Lois was quick to respond to all communication, offered local suggestions, and even let us know that the place was ready before the 4pm check in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Lois was such a great host. The house is lovely and in an excellent location for shopping, activities and going downtown. We’ve stayed in so many vacation rentals over the years in so many different price categories. For the price this rental can not be beat! The house is so clean, warm and welcoming, as is the host Lois! Highly recommend for a stay in Greenville.

What a great little place! There were three couples there, and we had plenty of space for all of us. We were in town for a wedding and actually ended up being disappointed we couldn’t spend more time in the house! There are some k-cups provided and the water bottles and chocolates were awesome. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I’m a super picky bed person (everyone else seemed fine!). Instructions for clean up were easy to follow and to do. All in all, would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lois is a superb hostess. She is very kind and would respond very quickly to any questions. The rental is a very charming 3 bedroom with open concept in living room/kitchen. It was perfect for our trip. Probably one the cleanest VRBOs I have ever rented.

This is a wonderful house... our family came to town for a wedding and we are so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. The house was spotless clean and had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to linens and everything in between. Super comfortable beds and a layout that allowed for us to gather together. This house was awesome. Friends from NC and Minnesota met to attend the Women's Regional Bball Tourney. The house was so convenient to the Airport, Arena, shopping, and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and sitting area in the backyard felt very private. The Property Manager was outstanding and answered my questions very quickly. The house was very clean and well supplied. Best of all, I felt very much at home here and that is something I never feel in a hotel room.
