Nestled in Sotira, this attractive house for $121 per night is a great option for your next trip. 2 bed villa , in quiet cul de sac location within walking distance of the sea , private pool , air conditioning and off street parking. Gated parking , fully equipped kitchen and internet .villa has pull out futon to accommodate extra guests if requested, cot , stair gates and high chairs can be supplied ( these are to be checked by yourself before use ).property has 2 single beds , a double bed and a pull out futon. Bathroom: shower/bath , toilet and basin 7km from ayia napa , local shop . Towels and bedding all included . Delightful self catering villa that well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Set in a safe, peaceful and tranquil location whilst also being close to the magnificent beaches of Ayia Thekla, Landra, Macronissis and Nissi. Villa stands within its own grounds with outside facilities which include: well maintained private outdoor swimming pool with paved surround, sun loungers, outside table and chairs, covered pergola area for shade, barbecue, landscaped garden and outside shower. Inside the Villa has full air conditioning and wireless internet. Absolutely ideal for families. Meet and Greet and Welcome Pack: Upon your arrival at the villa we will arrange (at no extra charge) for you to be met by our British representative who will be able to familiarise you with the villa, its facilities and those of the local area. We will also provide a free welcome pack consisting of such essentials as tea, milk, coffee bread, bottle of water and wine. Bed Linen and towling changes: For bookings of 2 weeks or more this service will take place after the first 7 days and every 7 days thereafter at no extra charge. For bookings of less than 2 weeks this service can be arranged at cost (Euros 20) A 25% non-refundable reservation payment along with a £250.00 potentially refundable damage/loss deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of your payment is then due 60 days prior to your arrival. A short drive (approx 6.5km) to Ayia Napa with its wide variety of shopping, clubs, restaurants and fun. About 4.5km from the world famous Nissi Beach but also walking distance from the delightful fishing village of Potamas with its excellent fish restaurants. Short distance to the award winning family attraction Water World water park and (adjacent to Water World) a large Go Kart centre. Local taverna and local supermarket only two minutes drive. The house is lovely equipped and contains everything is required. As we arrived late in the evening it was great we found something in the fridge. Highlight for my daughter (and also for us) was the pool were we spent lots of time. . Looking forward to come back again!

We had great time in Wendy's vacation home. The house was very well equiped, everything was there,clean and it was decorated with love and great attention to details. As we arrived at late evening, Wendy was so nice and made sure that we have something to eat in the morning and our son got some little Easter present) We will definitely come back again!

We arrived early hours and found an array of essential needs provided. Very clean and comfortable and spacious. Owners arrived in morning to welcome us and give us information on our stay. They could not do enough for us. We will be returning as it’s a holiday dream of a beautiful villa with amenities close by…. Thank you for letting use your property
