This home was the perfect location for our girls' weekend getaway as it was within walking distance to so many of the attractions and restaurants we had planned to visit. Very clean and updated space with plenty of ammenities and good instructions. We would definitely recommend and return!

Extremely close to everything! We were able to tote around two littles with no problem at all. The beach, shops, restaurants and more! Honestly, it was the perfect location. Communication with Ken was AMAZING! He was super quick to get back to us when we had questions and was great to work with. Highly recommend!

We have rented several properties over the years and this property stands out as superior. Clean, well equipped kitchen, perfect location for walking into town, and steps from Marginal Way. Ken went out of his way to accommodate our parking needs. You will not regret renting this property.

We honestly did not expect any rented accommodation to be as well and as thoughtfully provided as this, and bonus, spotlessly clean, located inthe neatest little town in Maine. Would absolutely rebook and for longer! Thanks Laura and Ken 🙏

Great place and location. A small challenge accessing keys from the lockbox, but the owner contacted me immediately to assist me. We opted to pay the small fee for linens and towels. Much easier than lugging cross country with us. There was no cleaning fee so this was the trade-off. I appreciated the option being available. The location is beyond excellent. One block off the main street. 5 minutes from Ogunquit Playhouse. The only major negative thing that I can speak about was the parking lot. It's big-time gravel and unless you carry your suitcases across the parking lot, plan on your suitcases possibly getting damaged. I lost two wheels on one of my suitcases. I don't understand the driveway not being paved. It really sucked. The place is five-star worthy! Would stay again. I'm a yearly New England visitor.

Ken was both thoughtful and considerate during the entire process of adjusting the schedule due to an emergency situation.

We stayed returned after 2 years (thanks, COVID) because this location can't be beat if you have a young child. There's a playground across the street, and toy, coffee, and candy shops within a short walk. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by foot. The condo itself is nicely furnished and impeccably clean, with a washer/dryer so you can take clean clothes home. Our interactions with the hosts have always been great. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place! The cottage is lovely, the hosts were super responsive and accommodating, and the location is perfect. Just six minutes from the beach, in a very quiet neighborhood. We hope to book again!

We stayed in the lower apartment of Ken’s place for about 5 days and it was lovely. The apartment was incredibly clean, had all the essentials, and was walking distance to everywhere you’d want to be in OGT. There is an extra fee for towels/sheets, so be prepared to bring your own or pay for that after the fact.

The property was exactly as it appears online. It's cozy, clean, updated and comfortable. Owners obviously take care of these units. There is an outdoor area that is equally nice. The owners were on top of everything, very flexible and accommodated all of our requests. It was a great experience.

Perfect spot. Glad there were only two of staying there, as I imagine it can get tight inside rather quickly. Carpets need shampooing and the mattresses need to be replaced, we both felt like we were rolling out of the lumpy beds.

46 School Street was the perfect spot for a visit to Ogunquit! The apartment had all the amenities and was very comfortable. My only suggestion is that foot stools would be nice, for use while sitting on the love seat. While my mother and I enjoyed dining at different restaurants, it was nice having the option to dine at "home". FYI...on Rt 1, in Wells (approximately 10 miles to the north) there is a Hannaford grocery store, which is quite nice. There is also the Village Market, within easy walking distance. It's a bit expensive for groceries but the coffee/sandwiches/bakery are wonderful. School Street is quiet, and we didn't hear much traffic, even though the apartment is fairly close to Rt 1 (basically halfway between Rt 1 and Shore Drive) which we appreciated. The location was perfect... It's a very easy walk to the shops/restaurants (less than 3 minutes) on Shore Drive, and about 5 minutes to the entrance of Marginal Way, in the opposite direction. It was my first trip to Maine/Ogunquit and I really enjoyed the area. I hope to return and if I do, I would definitely stay at 46 School Street again!

Truly a gem, off the busy streets and the beach, but only a few steps to each. Really the perfect location in Ogunquit. Ken, the owner was fantastic and very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. I look forward to renting this spot again next time!

The house is clean and in a great location. In a small size but still comfortable. Short walk to town and beach. Kitchen has almost everything you need, a cutting board would be a great addition to your lovely kitchen. We had a great time during our stay.

The unit we stayed in was the bottom of 46 school street. The area is surrounded by well maintained properties, and is mere walking minutes to all the restaurants and shops in the center of Ogunquit. The walking shortcut to the main beach is just a block from the end of school street and definitely saves time. The unit itself was immaculate. There is a washer dryer combo, 2 bedrooms and a cute living/ dining area. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook in, or barbecue outside on one of the grills provided. The owners are quick to respond to all communication and made getting into the unit quick and easy! This was a great place to spend a week at the beach and enjoy. 😃

Thus was the best place I've stayed in, in OGT! It was a perfect walk to the beach, the Ctr of town. It really had everything!! I brought things that I may have needed and didn't need a thing. Many glasses, dishes, all kinds of kitchen items. I loved having an ice maker in the freezer. We stayed there the week starting 7/4/15 what a perfect week. 4 of us stayed in the back bottom house, 2 older teens with us. Ken the owner was also great to communicate with, also meeting him was wonderful too.

Back to School Street!

We chose this location after losing out on two other rentals. We were pleasantly surprised! What was our third choice will now be our first choice on our return visits. The cottage was cozy, clean, and convenient to the center of town. The closet organizers were perfect for stashing all of our stuff. A stone's throw from busy Route 1 and Shore Road, the rental was surprisingly quiet. The most "noise" came from people singing in the church directly across the street on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning! The owner, Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and extremely responsive to all of our requests. I've been using VRBO for close to 20 years and this rental experience was by far one of the best.

We could not have been more pleased with the lower back house. The unit is comfortable, freshly decorated and extremely clean. The owner very helpful - both along the way as we decided upon the rental, and after we arrived. It's such an easy walk to downtown. A short drive to many things to see and places to eat. Highly recommended!
